Pleasant stay
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and spacious. There's a sofa in the rooms that we only later realised was a sofa bed so each room can easily accommodate four people. That makes it cost effective for groups or families.

The staff are also very friendly and accomodative. We were taking a trip to St Louis and one of the staff members assisted us in making the bookings. We were also allowed to leave our bag there until our return and found everything in order.

There's also a small gym room on the seventh floor which came as a pleasant surprise. Although not much, it allowed for a little workout during our stay.

Cons:

The dogs roaming around the facility for two reasons. Firstly, if a guest has a pet allergy, this can easily trigger an allergic reaction, which would make the stay wholly unpleasant. Secondly, the dog had its food station set up in the restaurant on the seventh floor, which is not hygienic.

The staff are also very friendly and accomodative. Our flight back had a schedule change which meant we would only be leaving later. They accommodated our request for a late check-out insofar as possible. They also allowed us to pass the remaining time in the conference room until we were ready to make our way to the airport.

There's also a small gym room on the seventh floor which came as a pleasant surprise. Although not much, it allowed for a little workout during our stay.

Breakfast was decent and ample enough.

The hotel is also situated on the outskirts of the CBD. It's not too far from it, but it increases transport costs to get around to some places.

Service de nettoyage elles étaient trop aigris et veulent nettoyer la chambre à leur convenance genre une sorte de pression de quitter la chambre. Les dames aussi de la réception il y a une qui a failli me frapper parce que je lui ai demandé d’annuler ma course de Yango qui a dépassé l’heure d’arrivée
