Super Lage, sehr sauber, sensationelles Personal
Pros:

Ich war zum 4. Mal im Pod Times Square und war wie immer super zufrieden.
Die Lage ist super, die Betten sind bequem, alles ist sehr sauber und das gesamte Personal finde ich sensationell! Alle sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle. Die Rezeption, das Housekeeping, die Security und wer da auch sonst noch im Hotel arbeitet. Vielen Dank an alle!!
Ich freue mich schon auf mein 5. Mal im Pod TS :)

Tolles Hotel in super Lage für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sauberes Zimmer, Bett sehr bequem

Cons:

Fenster waren von außen sehr schmutzig. Ein Bitte nicht stören Schild hat gefehlt und der Duschvorhang sollte länger sein

Dangerous shower stalls.
Pros:

Friendly front desk staff, especially David and Juan.

Cons:

On Sunday morning I slipped in the shower stall. There are no safety bars and the floor is sheer black ice. I could not get up
!. I suffered a serious hematoma that remains swollen and painful. I will follow up fully with the owners of the hotel when I return to Toronto next week. Without safety measures put into place on the shower floors, it is UNSAFE to stay there.

Pros:

The location is excellent, just a 7-minute walk from Times Square, with many great places to eat in the nearby Hell's Kitchen neighborhood.

Cons:

The room wasn't very clean. There were hairs on the bed, the inside of the room door was dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell at the entrance to the hotel. The blind on the window did not close completely, and there was no curtain at all, so a lot of light came into the room in the morning. On the eighth floor, street noise and sirens could be heard very clearly.

Great location, great staff, compact but decent rooms!
Pros:

The staff here is fantastic, very kind and pleasant always. Sahar at the front desk has been here since it opened, and she is a star! The rooms are compact but very functional and nicely maintained, with no frills. The location you can't beat.

Cons:

The hotel's common areas could use a refresh and a good cleaning. There is a perpetual facade project on the building, so the entry is covered in scaffolding, which impacts the outside experience on the bar terraces a bit. On weekends, the hotel fills up, and it can be loud in the halls. I have had visits with no noise; my last was noisy.
