La ubicacion excelente, cerca de todo y facil acceso en bus, carro, metro, caminando. La habitacion muy limpia y justo con lo necesario para pasar una estancia comoda, las camas comodas, la ducha caliente y el baño en general bastante comodo. El espacio en el pasillo de la litera es algo pequeño pero se entiende por el concepto del hotel...

Cons:

Ya que el espacio es reducido dentro de la habitación, sería de gran ayuda tener mas repisas o ganchos para colgar cosas en las paredes así como un espacio para colocar algunas cosas en la parte de arriba de la litera ya que tuvimos los puntos de corriente para conectar el telefono por ejemplo pero no habia un soporte donde colocarlo

I booked a bunk-bed room for two people. There was one chair in the room.
The room provides shampoo and body wash, and there is also soap at the sink. However, the cup provided for rinsing your mouth is a paper cup. There are hangers in the room, and there is also a small shelf next to the outlet by the door where you can place your phone, which is very convenient.

In addition, there are many places in the room where you can hang things, such as hooks on the wall that can be pulled out to hang clothes, as well as a railing-style rack attached to the desk. These are very practical for storing clothes or hanging personal belongings. There is also a large trash bin in both the room and the bathroom.

Cons:

It's my first time visiting New York, and I stayed at this hotel. I didn't notice I had to pay a facility fee each night. Thus, the price was higher than I expected. This hotel is good, but I would like to remind people who might not know about the facility fee.

Excelente Custo x Benefício
Pros:

A localização é excelente, perto da Times Square mas não tão proximo a ponto do barulho atrapalhar.
A vista da janela é incrível e tem uma varanda maravilhosa com um bar dentro do hotel.
Apesar de não haver café da manhã, tem água e café gratuito aos hóspedes.
Banho bem quente e ar gelando.

Cons:

O quarto é bem pequeno mas vale a pena.
Poderia ter a opção de café da manhã.
O prédio estava em reforma então passava operários pela nossa janela e olhava dentro do quarto.
