⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay at Hakuba Grand Apartments

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hakuba Grand Apartments. The location was excellent — shops and restaurants were just a 5–8 minute drive away, and it was very convenient being within walking distance to the Happo-One Kokusai Lift.

Our Level 3 2-bedroom apartment was quiet, warm, and very spacious, with a comfortable living area and two ensuite bedrooms with shower and toilet. We also appreciated the shared laundry area at level 1 with its powerful washer and dryer, which made washing and drying clothes so much easier.

One of the highlights was the very large ski drying room. There was plenty of space for all our ski boots, skis, boards and gear. After a day out, we could simply drop everything there, and everything was dry and ready to go the next morning — extremely convenient.

A spacious car park is just right in front and there is also a hotel onsen within walking distance, which was a lovely way to relax after skiing.

The service from Dave, Mike and Takami-san was exceptional. They were warm, helpful and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. We are very grateful for their hospitality.

We left with wonderful memories and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Would definitely come back again!
Pros:

The place is close to ski rental and I could even return the equipments at the hotel. The room clean and comfortable and was well stocked with food and drinks. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

dryer doesn't dry cloth enough.

Pros:

We could not fault our stay. Dave, Takami & Mike were beyond fabulous & helpful. Absolutely nothing was too much for them. The welcome basket was amazing & more than enough to get us through the first morning. I would recommend Hakuba Grand Apartments and would stay here again.

Cons:

There was nothing that could have been better.

Perfect stay, will want to come back.
Pros:

The apartment was really modern and nice, very well kept and is at a great location. Dave who greeted was super helpful throughout and we found all staff were very warm and friendly.
