駐車場、お部屋は問題無しでした
今回、11階のお部屋でしたが、エレベーターが少なく、かなり待ちが有りました。
Very good tea in the room. Facilities were very good, nothing was missing. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast option at the café downstairs was so worth it. It's Japanese style mainly, but not your typical Japanese breakfast. Parking was a little hard to find, but staff help out and there are plenty of options. Not free, but cheap.
For Western standards, the room was quite small. For Japanese standards, it was fine with enough room for bags.

El personal de recepción es muy amable, la habitación muy bonita, limpia y cómoda. Se puede aparcar en un aparcamiento cercano por 900¥ el día. Una lástima que solo fue una noche y no podía quedarme más tiempo.

位置地點不錯，往北走有松本城跟商店街，距離其實不遠。
一樓賣吃的（山賊燒），大廳在二樓，菜單房間裡面也有，好像有合作。
二樓別館早上提供茶，晚上提供蕎麥麵，浴場沒去不知道好不好。
停車場搭配的是Fukashi Parking Lot
深志パーキング，飯店一天收900日幣，會給駐車劵，沒有駐車卷一天1500日幣的樣子。

建物は古いけど、丁寧に使っていた。しかし、大浴場の脱衣所の床が濡れていた。前の宿泊者のスリッパの空き袋がおいてあった。
Walkable to the train station
The reception man was very rude to me the moment we walked in, he asked for my passport and discussed it with a coworker, gave me the room key and told me to proceed. Then a woman says where are you going we need your passport. I said I gave it to the man at the front and he told me to go ahead, she looked confused and said she needed it, so she scanned it and told me to go ahead. All very confusing. Also, the air conditioner did not work and when we opened the window for relief, bugs came in the room so we had to keep it closed. We stayed there only the first night (of three) and checked out. We as of yet have not received any type of refund for any of our stray and the hotel said we need to contact Booking.com and they will handle it because we booked thru them. We booked another hotel for the next two nights and it was wonderful and the staff was nice to everyone the moment they walked in.
La chambre était très bien équipée, très bien aménagée.
Il y a une salle avec beaucoup de mangas et un onsen, il est possible de faire sa lessive ce qui est très pratique.
L’hôtel prête le nécessaire de toilette et des pyjama ce qui est génial.
L’hôtel à 10min à peine de la gare de Matsumoto
