"Good location and service, but the room cleanliness (especially dust mites) needs urgent improvement."

"Excellent location, within walking distance of Matsumoto Station. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with many local Shinshu specialties. I also loved the public bath and the free massage chairs."

"The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. I found dust mites on the bed and pillows, which caused some discomfort. I highly recommend the hotel improve their bedding sanitation."

Pros:

Nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof, Zentrum und auch Burg ist fußläufig erreichbar! Frühstück sehr gut, schönes kleines Onsen, Sehr freundliches Personal ( wir durften eine Stunde früher einchecken), Schirme gratis zum Leihen, nachmittags und um 22.00 gratis Tee und Kuchen bzw abends kleiner Snack

Cons:

Wir hatten rauchfreies Zimmer, aber im alten Teil darf geraucht werden und das riecht man manchmal am Gang

Lokatie en warme public bath

Cons:

Het hotel heeft ook rokers kamers. Om bij onze kamer in de annex te komen, moest je door de rokersgang. Dat stinkt.

值得推薦! 前台和清潔人員都很親切有禮，早餐便宜好吃又有在地特色~
Pros:

前台服務人員親切友善，寄送行李時，會先跟下家飯店確認我的入住資訊，非常仔細。早餐經濟實惠，價格不貴還可以吃到在地的鄉土料理。住宿地點離車站不會太遠15分鐘內可以到達。

Cons:

在舊館與新館之間連結處有小台階，行李需要抬一下。入住三人房的廁所馬桶前有一個小台階，使用完廁所一開門接著就是小台階，身體容易反應不過來而踏空，需要小心留意。
