Pros:

Le petit dejeuner est excellent et copieux. Le isen avec fauteuil massant tres bien. Chambre tres bien.

Cons:

Le personnel fut tres agréable et disponible, le petit bémol, c'est qu'il y a tres peu de personnes qui parlent anglais. Mais on arrive quand même à communiquer.

Amazing staff but sadly unclean.
Pros:

The staff were a 10/10. I wish I could give ten stars just based off staff. They offer free shuttle services to the monkey park and train station and are super super kind.

Cons:

Sadly unclean. We found a roach running around the 6th floor outside the elevator and a dead roach in the exterior hot bath. We were uncomfortable to sleep at night because of this.

最高！
Pros:

朝食は、１階のパンプキン食堂でしたが、地元の食材を使い、地元の女性の方の手作りの梅干しなど、多彩のおばんざいがあり、最高でした。夕食も食べてみたいと思いました。
大浴場や、お茶ライブラリーもとても居心地良かったです。レンタル自転車も無料で助かりました。
松本に行ったらぜひまた泊まりたいです。

Highly recommended
Pros:

We stayed in the Green Tea Annex and had a really decently sized room with nice decor. The breakfast buffet was really fun. The hotel was only a short walk from the station. Staff were very helpful. Great value for money.
