Cons:

Sunday morning breakfast was pretty sparse. We don’t mind paying a higher price for a hotel if we’re getting a good breakfast to start the day.

Other than that - it was awesome . Nice place !!
Pros:

Very nice and clean and good walking area for our dog .

Cons:

I realize the staff can not control the guests, but the only thing negative was because we have a dog, one family was very disrespectful and made a big scene with in front of others towards us in front of others. To be honest it was embarrassing. The property allows pets, so perhaps the person who did not like dogs should have waited for another elevator instead of making her point clear to others. Again, I realize it’s not anything to do with the staff or property, but if pets are welcome then others need to understand this and keep their personal opinions to themselves.

Overall stay was good.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room was excellent. Location was perfect since our daughter had to go to the university.

Cons:

Thought the rooms would be a bit quieter since it is a new build. But would stay again if/when needed.

Wonderful stay, lovely hotel, comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent!
Pros:

Excellent staff response to inquiries. Very comfortable beds, including the sofa bed.

Cons:

They were out of things in their shop.

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The room was nice. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and the breakfast staff were good.

Cons:

The front desk staff were not that helpful. When asked if there was anywhere to eat in walking distance they didn’t have an answer (nice restaurant and fast food one block away) and they told us the bridge to downtown was closed. It wasn’t. The hotel is catagorized as downtown and it isn’t, particularly when the staff tell you the nearby bridge to downtown is closed.
