Stayed at the ANDAZ SINGAPORE and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is excellent, easy access to so many parts of Singapore while still feeling relaxed and upscale. The staff throughout the hotel were genuinely friendly and welcoming.
One of the highlights was the multicultural breakfast selection, which offered a great variety of local and international options each morning.
A special thank you to Zul (Zulhaiqal), the hotel experience curator, who made the stay even more memorable. Joining his run around Singapore was a unique and enjoyable way to experience the city, and his enthusiasm and hospitality really stood out.
Would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Singapore.
All areas were outstanding, from customer service to the decor of the rooms & suites & the hotel, & cleanliness. Truly value for money, in our opinion.
The location was great, linked by sheltered underpass to the MRT mass rapid transit train networks, 24 hours 7-Eleven minimart, to eateries, coffee places, Bugis Junction shopping mall, etc.

We stayed at Andaz Singapore for 2 nights and honestly had one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every single member of staff we met was warm, smiling, caring and genuinely attentive. Nothing ever felt forced. Everyone made us feel so welcome and looked after.
The room was top quality, beautifully presented, comfortable and exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The rooftop swimming pool on the 40th floor was a real highlight, with stunning views across Singapore. We also loved the rooftop bar, especially in the evening. The views, atmosphere and cocktails were absolutely superb.
A very special mention has to go to Debbie, the rooftop bar manager. She was such a lovely person with a great personality. She sat with us for a proper chat and really took care of both me and Anita during our stay. All the bar staff were amazing too, friendly, fun and professional.
We would also like to mention Teresa, the manager of the Asian food restaurant, who looked after us so well and made the experience feel personal and memorable.
This was our first time visiting the East, and the warmth, kindness and hospitality we experienced completely blew us away. We have travelled to many countries in the West, but honestly, we have never experienced service quite like this. The people were warm, helpful, inviting and genuinely caring.
We will definitely be coming back to Singapore, and Andaz Singapore will be very hard to beat.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Andaz Singapore, great location, our room was amazing, breakfast is excellent, we had drinks at the roof top with a beautiful view, everything was perfect.
Highly recommend if on vacation or business in Singapore. Location is excellent, hotel quality is tops, and the room was very quiet for a good night rest. Would stay again.
Spent 4 days at Andaz and it was a great experience with King room and fantastic view of the Singapore city skyline. The room is spacious and very comfortable.
Bugis is a good location to be near affordable food, shopping, and a Mosque. Andaz is definitely the best hotel in the area, modern and roomy.

Loved! A little hard to find/navigate but youll forget all about that once you get situated and see how nice the hotel is. The people working there are even nicer! Breakfast is wonderful- high quality and lots of variety. Views from the pool are stunning.
