the location is awesome, super convenient walkable to many delicious restaurant with great values. Breakfast is very inexpensive and give us more vietnamese cuisine selection. The staff is super nice, friendly and accommodating. I had some medical procedures and they were very attentive to me.

Quiet spot not to far from district 1, about 15 minute walk, near markets and nice street food area.
Hotel was very well presented
The hotel is very well located in the D3 district, close to everything yet less touristy than D1. The owner speaks English and French, and the staff are very friendly. Good value for money.
The rooms aren't all new (with only a small window in the cheapest rooms), but for the price they're comfortable enough.

We booked this room over purchasing access to the airport lounge, so only used for a few hours and cannot comment on breakfast etc. Small room but it was comfortable for our brief stay to freshen up and relax before our flight.
Bathroom did flood a bit when using the shower.
