Modern, comfortable interior, excellent value with onsite parking.
Pros:

Ideal spot for restaurants and an easy walk to the MONA ferry.

Cons:

Automated blinds had a gap where bright sunlight shone through every morning. We'd choose a room on the other side next time.

Wonderful location.
Pros:

The washer and dryer are really great to have on an extended vacation trip. Location is excellent as very close to the Salamanca market. The room is very spacious.

The university blocks all views of the water so you’re looking into another building. For an upmarket apartment the quality of the toilet paper was poor.
