Pros:

I had and unfortunate delay getting to the hotel before the lobby closed on Friday evening! Since I arrived after the lobby closed, I did not see anyone inside but was met with a sign on the door saying if you had reservations to check your email for after hours check in instructions. I checked my email and did not find anything. I was standing in the rain at the front door and sent an email to the booking company asking for help. I heard nothing for a good while so I left the property and continued to travel as there was no where else to stay.

I finally heard from my booking company at 4 AM that they had not passed on my email to the hotel so they would not have been able to get me the after ours notification. I asked if the hotel might have sent that instruction to the booking company so I would have known what to do!

The hotel got my note and was gracious and professional to consider my dilemma. They subsequently did not charge me for the stay since I had not cancelled but just did not know what further to do to remedy the situation. This is a company with integrity and is worth supporting. When I travel back this way, I will most assuredly be staying here.

Thank you for helping turn a crazy situation into one where I find the good stuff in people that continue to bring hope.
