Ac setup at the bed worked great. Compact room but everything the 2 of us needed and clean.
Clean room, even though I didn’t speak Japanese they still understood what I was trying to say. Will come back again next year!
The staff were amazing. The location is literally a 30 sec walk to the train station. It is a 10/10
Clean room, many amenities like cheap laundry, umbrellas on rainy days, access to microwave, and more
Nice and clean great hosts
The staff goes above and beyond to help their guests! Great customer service.
Hotel was great
Super clean unlike many hotels I have stayed, love the location, staff , bedroom all was very impressive. Well done, this is my new favorite hotels to stay at.
Room was super small and dirty
Great stay for the price! Wireless internet is very slow but the cabled ethernet is quite good at 100mb/s
Make sure to bring a ethernet cable, the wireless is not very fast. I enjoyed my time for the cost, its on the budget side for non capsule hotels :)
Great hotel close to Nishikasai station! The staff were friendly and helpful, lots of close places to eat and shop, and only a 2 mine walk to the train station! I would love to stay here again in a heartbeat :)
Excellent staff and service
バスカーテンなど水回りの細かいところに汚れがあった。
VERY DIRTY AND THE BLANKET SMELLS SIGARWETTE, THE WHOLE HOTEL SMELLS VERY BAD, LAUDRY DITTERGENT AND SIGARRETTE.
Nice place to stay at
The beds are small, but it's to be expected in Tokyo. The breakfast was not to my standards, but I'm from America so I think it was just different than what I'm used to.
Overall the hotel was great! Very clean & the staff was excellent!! We were trying to find a money exchange. One of the staff members literally came from behind the desk & walked us all the way to the building.
Good hotel, good helpful staff. The hotel was directly across from the Metro train track & less than 50 yards to a station which was very convenient to get around.
The room was extremely small. The bed covered the entire back of the room. Wall to wall. The cleaning was amazing. They cleaned every other day because of my extended stay. However, they constantly asked if I wanted it cleaned daily. Also, you could easily request it on the room TV screen. The room had a usual odor not a stink more of a cleaning supply or pest control. If I traveled alone I would stay there. If I traveled with family, I would definitely ask for a bigger room.
It's very close walk to station, reception spoke English which made check in easy. Was quiet, felt safe, bed & pillow comfortable. Would stay again.
They provided excellent customer service and have a wonderful hotel! Unfortunately, i did leave something behind and didn't realize it until i got home in the United States. Not sure if they threw it away but it's fine if they did since i left it behind. I would recommend this hotel and would go again when i do come back to Japan!!
