After I have complained about the room size , the boss upgraded my room to a bigger one that was quite satisfactory for me. The boss is quite friendly and considerate. So I would like to recommend the travelers to this hotel. The hotel is quite convenient of going anywhere and the decorations are quite new .
Good location and nice clean room, bathroom (with hot shower). Kind staff but they need to improve their english language skills.
It’s a bit moldy, you have to turn the AC on unless it’s smelly.

Everything about this hotel is so good except for the receptionist of the hotel! She makes us feel she's not really happy to work there or she's not welcome us? We don't know which is right but that's what we can feel whenever we talk to her.
She's lazy to greeting us when we go in/out of the hotel. She just sitting on her seat and wait we approach her for the room key when we come back to the hotel (it happened many times!). Maybe she's not in a good mood?
Luckily, she doesn't work in the night shift. We meet another guy, he's kind and the hotel security is very helpful as well.
Nearby the hotel, there is a convenient store, you can buy almost everything there.
There are full trees along the street where the hotel located, it's good for walking around in the afternoon. At the end of the street is a park, you can go there and enjoy the atmosphere with locals.
In general, if you can ignore the receptionist women, it's worth to stay in this area and this hotel.
I checked in here for 3 nights.
Everything about the hotel is good, it located in a small street where very close to the center of the city but it's not noisy at all.
They have a swimming pool on the roof but look like there was nobody uses it, there was still water inside the pool but I cannot see any machine working, neither staff there.
The room is clean, spacious and looks luxurious. But in fact, the lights inside the room is not fully working.
The bathroom looks nice and clean.
About the service: it's very funny that on the first night, I see that they have a blue towel as a carpet between the door to bathroom and bed but then, it never appear again for the next 2 nights!
The front desk was very helpful, the room was clean. Great value.

새벽에 다낭 도착후 잠만 자려고 미리 트리플 침대로 예약했지만 직원들은 준비도 안되어 있고, 도착하니 다들 자고 있었습니다. 501호에 묵었는데 화장실도 룸이 아닌 복도 옆에 있었구요, 침대보도 제대로 씻지 않아서 엄청 더러웠넹요.. 제가 어지간해서 이런 평가를 안하는데 함께 간 친구에게 너무 미안했습니다.
그리고 방문 잠금 장치도 고장 일보직전 이었습니다.
