Nice place, very nice staff,

Cons:

$700.00 hold on my card even though I already had prepaid $650.00. Paid for “high floor “ since it was my bday got the 6 th floor with whatever view . Even being away from elevator it was noisy if your a light sleeper don’t come here heard every fire truck police and fights on the street. Other than that great place.

Breakfast was good. Excellent location.
Room was small but ok.

Cons:

Customer service was below expectations. The person checking us in put a charge on my credit card without mentioning a word about it. Also had to request 3 times as our coffee machine wasn't working and only after the 3rd request we were given a hot water jug.

Would choose this hotel property again, the friendly welcoming professional staff made my stay.
Pros:

The hotel staff team was extremely friendly welcoming at all times, from check in to checking out. Was able to check in at a reasonable time on new Year's Eve which was highly appreciated.

Cons:

loved everything.
