We stayed at AC Hotel as a group, and it was such a great experience. The hotel has a really nice, modern feel, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained.

The biggest highlight for us was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Raheen deserves a special mention for going out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel genuinely valued as a guest.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a hotel with a great atmosphere and even better service.

This was our first time to New York City and the hotel made it a great experience for us. The location was perfect. Right off of TimesSquare so you didn’t feel like you were right in the middle of everything but in the perfect location to walk anywhere you wanted to go. Also a subway station right across the street, along with a Starbucks. The staff was amazing and so accommodating. Everybody was so nice and Ricardo was always so helpful and had a smile on his face the entire time. The rooms were very clean and they have an awesome rooftop bar to get drinks and food. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to NYC!

The staff was exceptional and the highlight of an already amazing facility. The rooms were modern, clean, and well kept. The gym was spotless and the restaurant connected to the hotel was a bonus for those mornings we didn’t want to go very far for food.

This hotel and its staff are wonderful and exceeded my expectations! Sasha did a 10/10 at check in and my room is spectacular!

This is my third time staying at this hotel. It’s comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced (for NYC). The service is exceptional, and everyone—both at the hotel and the rooftop bar—is attentive and friendly.

I didn’t get everyone’s name, but a special thanks to Jonathan, Joshua, and Ricardo.

The location is good—slightly close to Times Square, but just walking a few blocks in another direction quickly takes you out of the bustle. I’ve stayed at 20+ other hotels in the city, and while I enjoy exploring different neighborhoods, this is a place worth returning to.

I’ll say it again: the staff really makes this hotel one you want to come back to.

This is my third time staying at the hotel, and it just gets better every time. The staff is so friendly, the location is perfect ( if you love being near Times Square, but not on Times Square), and it's just within walking distance of so much.
