Pros:

The staff at the reception are really caring and enthusiastic and the location is awesome

Cons:

The room facility is not satisfying, a little bit clogged in the toilet, the faucet is moving. BUT the most annoying thing is how the staff cleaned the room, the staff can never see what I really need unless I drop a note. And staff threw away the things I need, I was very disappointed every time I got back room

Pros:

I just arrived, and so far, so good! Great welcome from Jonathan at the front desk after a long travel day. He genuinely made us feel welcome and took the time to explain where everything is, including the breakfast hours.
The location is also very convenient for Midtown.

A nice weekend stay without any frills
Pros:

Booked directly online for a weekend stay. Close proximity to Moynihan Train Hall and there is a subway stop steps from the entrance. Times Square is a couple of blocks away but the hotel offers a quiet respite from the city noise. I opted for mobile check in and key but visited the front desk and the staff I spoke with was very courteous. The room was fairly spacious than typical rooms in the city. Very clean and well stocked. There were bottled waters replenished each day and housekeeping was efficient. We had dinner and drinks at the rooftop terrace which had a great atmosphere but the drinks and bites were pricey. Booking directly the room was approximately $580 per night.

Fantastic stay at the AC Hotel Times Square!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the AC Hotel Times Square! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. Ricardo, Josh, and Peter were all outstanding, but Ricardo went above and beyond. He was incredibly kind to our kids and made them feel so welcome during our first visit to New York City. That personal touch really meant a lot to our family.

The rooms were a great size by New York City standards—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location couldn't have been better, with Times Square, Broadway, restaurants, and the subway all just a short walk away.

We had an amazing experience and will definitely stay here again the next time we're in New York. Highly recommend!
