Honestly, everything was fine.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast

During our stay, one of the cleanest ladies opened the door and I wasn't pleased.

Nice place, very nice staff,

Cons:

$700.00 hold on my card even though I already had prepaid $650.00. Paid for “high floor “ since it was my bday got the 6 th floor with whatever view . Even being away from elevator it was noisy if your a light sleeper don’t come here heard every fire truck police and fights on the street. Other than that great place.

Breakfast was good. Excellent location.
Room was small but ok.

Cons:

Customer service was below expectations. The person checking us in put a charge on my credit card without mentioning a word about it. Also had to request 3 times as our coffee machine wasn't working and only after the 3rd request we were given a hot water jug.

Would choose this hotel property again, the friendly welcoming professional staff made my stay.
Pros:

The hotel staff team was extremely friendly welcoming at all times, from check in to checking out. Was able to check in at a reasonable time on new Year's Eve which was highly appreciated.

Nice living in Time Square
Pros:

Really good experience during the new year! Quick to the Time Square but avoid the noise from Time Square! And really appreciate the taking care from Peter and Pete! We do really have a good living experience because of them! They are supportive and professional!

Would stay here again without question
Pros:

Wife and 12-15 year old kids spent three nights, between Christmas and New Years. The Hotel is in a good location, blocks from Times Square and other attractions. Price was reasonable. Staff and restaurants were outstanding. Awesome view from 21st floor of Empire St Bldg and View from restaurant / bar decked in Holiday lights. Very clean hotel. Within a 100 yards you had a super variety of foods and stores, all price ranges. A variety store close by called Jacks had water, sundries at super cheap prices. Beer store close too. Halal place had great burgers and wings 50 feet from exit. For a good value price it was great, would stay here again. Took train from DC to Penn Station. Walked to hotel. Ubers took 1 - 4 minutes to arrive at hotel.

Modern, clean, newer hotel in fantastic location, one block from ginzas main shopping street where the department stores and big designer brands are. Hotel is in between two subway stations giving it very easy access to ginza line that takes you to all the famous areas of Tokyo (shibuya, shinjuku, etc). Excellent breakfast with everything u can desire. Very good hotel, overall
