Location and convenience
The mattress probably after years of usage, the middle of the mattress becomes very soft
The gym used to be on the 33rd floor together with the swimming pool. The gym is now located at the 22nd floor and small and crampy.
Ontbijt fantastisch. Uitgebreid, vers, voor alle culturen wel iets lekkers.
De akoestiek bij het ontbijt was echt slecht. Super lawaaiig door de afzuiging in combinatie met muziek die wordt afgespeeld. Die muziek voegt niks toe.

Breakfast no fried noodles .Nasi briyani is not for breakfast

Clean room, next to small shopping mall, directly connected to Novena MTR, reasonable taxi ride from Changi. Only minus is gym with limited equipment
Had a dental appointment at Novena Medical next door so this hotel is convenient. Assume this is the same for Mt Elizabeth Novena hospital customers. Plus there is the Oasia hotel next door for the same reason
A decidedly 4 star hotel and the decor is functional and fuss free
They only have 1 type of room, no suites. The rooms are tiny. You enter and smell the toilet stench right away. There is no space for a work desk. Also no space for a large luggage, it has to be on the floor blocking your walking path
Gym is equally tiny and luckily i only need the treadmill. They conserve the AC so it’s hot

The location is excellent for business people who works for semi industry. and the room is very neat. perfect for one person.
