We booked 2 rooms through booking.com. Got a confirmation that we had 2 rooms available. We showed up for our 2 rooms and we're told by the female desk clerk thst there were no rooms available. She went on to ssy that her manager had a policy of purposely allowing his hotel to be overbooked, so that he could maintain 100 % occupancy as much as possible. The desk clerk made no effort until prompted by me to try to help find us tooms at other properties. She suggested U signup for their Rewards Program and that she could then offer me some "free rewards points". I travel often, and going forward I will make sure, whenever possible, that I bypass booking any rooms at any Holiday Inn Express.

It was a horrible experience.

The location.

Cons:

When we tried to call we couldn't get ahold of anyone to answer any of our questions. No one bothered to mention to us that breakfast ended at 9:30 and I inquired at 9:36 and they wouldnt give my kids or me any breakfast. We couldn't swim in the pool.

Good overall
Pros:

It was a very nice hotel and a very nice room for the price.

Cons:

The bed was wildly uncomfortable my husband and I both had a very hard time falling asleep and woke up with back pain. Other than that everything was great.

Over all a Lovely experience. Highly reccommend this hotel to anybody looking for accomodations.

Honestly the Entire stay was Great, Gary at the Front Desk was so Very Kind, Personable and Professional. Loved his sense of Humor and energy. Our ONLY complaint was that everything was lovely in the room, accept, for the Shower. The shower itself was very nice and cleanly, the shower head specifically, made us feel like we were staying at a Motel 6. very cheap shower head, and the water pressure and temperature kept changing through the entirity of our 2 showers. If that shower head and water pressure were with the quality of the rest of our experience this would be a 5 star 10/10 review.

Not trying to winge, just would like to provide some honest input. I will gladly stay at this location again if the need arises.

A simple stay
Pros:

The suite was spacious. Good designated desk area in the room for work. Good walking closet. It was clean.

Cons:

Need better lighting in the room. It was not bright enough. The shower head and water pressure was too strong. No complimentary water in the rooms. The pillows were flat and seemed old.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, Bill at the front desk was super nice and welcoming! Beautiful and clean lobby area. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast had many great options and was delicious! Would recommend and would stay again!

Incredible value and luxury for half the price !!!
Pros:

It’s like brand new . The staff were incredible. Why stay in Chattanooga when you have to pay for parking and breakfast when you can stay here and have everything for less .
