Comfortable and worthy the price and name.
Pros:

Very modern, clean , amazing view, the bed was 10/10 comfort.

Cons:

They should have change my glass every clean, they didn’t and left it dirty. Valet is a must I wish I can park myself, Although they had reasonable price and good valet service.

Nice staff, but horrible value. Beautiful roof top deck- unfortunately it's not for the guests.
Cons:

$55 a day mandatory valet. This is the definition of a cash grab and anti customer service. You pay to not self park your car which would be quicker, so for the benefit of waiting everyday I got to pay an extra $55. One day we actually just walked to our car, got in it and drove away instead of waiting. This would be a good case study for a business school on how to provide the opposite of value for a customers money. The other beauty was a rooftop bar that was advertised as an amenity, but wait, you can't go there on almost all the nights we stayed caused it was rented out for private parties.

Beautiful hotel and amenities. Friendly staff. A very thoughtful dessert platter & charcuterie plate was waiting for us, as one of the managers asked ahead of time the reason for our visit. Such a sweet surprise that was truly appreciated! I cannot say enough great things about this hotel.

Solid 4 star hotel.
Pros:

We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel is in a good location with walking distance from Spectrum mall, which is helpful when you can't find parking. Service was warm and friendly. I was greeted and thanked for my Platinum status. I was upgraded automatically at check in without having to ask for it, which is great. I think the new AI system is working well.

Room was well appointed although there were some stains on the wall so cleanliness can be improved. Valet is ok. Staff is friendly, but I recommend always calling down instead of texting the number since that gets lost frequently it appears. If you call ahead of time, it only takes about 10 minutes to get your car so plan accordingly.

I loved the free snacks that they serve in the lobby. There was popcorn when we arrived and cookies when we left. It was a very nice touch. M lounge is great as well.

The value of the hotel is also great. I found it to be more reasonably priced than other Marriott hotels in the area. I would definitely come back.

Over all good experience.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, my son loved it. The pool and corn hole area especially. The valet and check in staff were awesome.

Cons:

Your bar tending staff could use a little help. Not sure if one of them was having a bad day but was almost condescending and seemed really put out to have to help someone.
