Couldn’t have been better
Pros:

The rooms were very clean which the most important part for me as a doctor, at my last day in Istanbul I got sick and asked if they would allow for late check out, Zineb made it happen.

Yorganların daha kaliteli olmasını bekliyorduk. Odada günlük temizlik yapılmıyor ve yastıklar da yeterince rahat değil. Havlu ve çarşafların bazıları yırtık ve oldukça yıpranmış durumda. Bu eksiklerin işletme tarafından kolaylıkla giderilebileceğini ve hizmet kalitesinin daha iyi bir seviyeye çıkarılabileceğini düşünüyorum.

Cons:

Position is far from city center and shops. The bath kit was used, i asked for a flower vase for 3 days and they could't provide.

Hello! I am currently staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton, and I absolutely love this hotel. The service here is excellent. Waitress Irem and Waiter Ilyas are incredibly welcoming, kind, and provide outstanding service. The breakfasts here are also amazing—I enjoy them so much! There is a wonderful variety on the buffet, everything is delicious, and you can get tea, coffee, latte, or whatever you prefer. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and smells wonderful. The restrooms are perfectly clean. If you ever need anything, you can call the reception at any moment, and they always provide it immediately. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, making it a true pleasure to sleep on the clean linen and cozy mattress. I am genuinely enjoying my stay here, and I am definitely ready to come back again and again
