كانت اقامه رائعه والفندق نظيف و مرتب و مريح جداً الطاقم كان متعااون كثيرا اجراءات الدخول كانت سريعه
وبالاخص الموظفه زينب كانت في استقبالنا و مبتسمته دائما و قدمت لي الكثير من المساعده و النصاائح و قدمت لنا ضياافه فور وصلولنا وارسلت طبق من الفواكه لغرفتنا

امر بسيط تأخر الموظف بنقل حقائبي من الغرفه الى السياره عند مغادره الفندق صباحاً
قدم اعتذاره لتاخره عن دوامه ولكن اعتقد يجب ان يكون هناك اكثر من موظف

The staff was attentive, the price was good, and the facilities were up to date and clean.
Pros:

The facilities were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff met me at the door and answered any question I had. The breakfast was varied and fresh. And the restaurant had a good variety and servers were attentive.

Cons:

My room was next door to a room utilized for a conference. So loud talking and rearranging furniture did not allow the rest I hoped for.

jeté déçu un hotel a se niveau il oublie de nettoyer la chambre et des quand réclamations il fait sa a 10h de soir et les personnels de réception très grave

Cons:

les personnels de réception ne prend pas en considération les réclamation très déçu et leur comportement
