Best Western Plus Executive Residency Baytown

When I arrived, hotel was closed due to fire.
Customer service would not help me find another place to stay stating that I would have to call back the next day because customer relations was closed for the day.

Betty at the desk was pleasant. Hotel is welcoming and smelled good. Neat and nicely arranged. The room has visible upgrades and comfy beds. Tub and shower were dated and a little messy, but overall a good room.

The service and stay was great. The only issue we had was the room had a weird faint smell, though it could of be the cleaning supplies that are used. It went away after the first day. Other than that, we had a good stay and will stay again if need be.

The TV Didn't work so they moved us to another room. Didn't expect that. Room was comfortable.

The bed linens had not been changed from the prior guest. There was hair in them and the sheets were wrinkled where others had slept. The shower had been wiped down but had a large amount of hair left in it. There was not a hairdryer in the room. The night worker told me they didn't have hair dryers. The attendant the next day found one for me.

The consistency of cleanliness is awesome. Thank you.

wonderful stay, easy check in, delightful staff, friendly & very helpful , room was immaculate, bed was so comfy ! grounds were clean, safe, and absolutely no noise. great ac in room ! we look forward to visiting this hotel again !

I like it

Everything was great except for the front desk. We weren't asked what level we would like when I came back to get a cart not even a min later I was hearing front desk offering the next person in line what level they won't like and what amenities were in each level. I'd like for everyone to be treated equally. Very important to communicate this to your staff

It was a unreserved stay driving home from Houston, It was a beautiful Hotel at a very reasonable price. Everything as clean, working, and met expectations. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Room was very tastefully decorated.

The room was clean and the bed was excellent. However the door to the room needs repair and has to be slammed to close it (very noisy). Also the shower head needs to be replaced. It barely sprays and doesn’t adjust to different spray patterns. I also noticed that many of the floor tiles in the elevator were broken and loose.

I didn’t like that the refrigerator or air didn’t work well

There was a bit of a musty odor, but the hotel was fabulous all the way around. Great breakfast!

We stayed one night at this hotel. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately the room was dirty. There was a lot of hair lying on the floor. the carpet was dirty and the furniture was old. The breakfast was very limited. I would not stay at this hotel again, there are better options in the area for a better value for money!

Stayed here while visiting family, and I must say that I am impressed. Checked in late friday night and off to the room, I was. King size bed , very comfortable, with everything you need to cook in, if you want to. Large tv with a decent selection of channels, pool a little too small but that's ok. Internet worked good from the room. Room and lobby both smelled fresh and clean, and no trash to be found anywhere. Bathroom had bright lights, and fan. Definitely worth a try.
