Important information:

The resort fee is a compulsory card (Fiemme Card) which includes several facilities/services according to the season. This fee is not payable for children under 14 years and stays longer than 10 nights.

In summer, the card includes: access to most of the Trentino public transport, cable cars, nature parks, museums. In winter, the card includes: access to ski busses, discounts to ski resorts and daily discounts to sports facilities, ski schools, restaurants and stores in the area.

Strategic place next to the ski resort of Pampeago with easy accesses by bus (every 15 minutes). Nice SPA centre with everything needed after a day on the slope. Kind staff.

Accoglienza, calore e relax: quello che stavamo cercando
Pros:

Siamo stati qui per un weekend sugli sci. Struttura molto accogliente e staff gentile e disponibile. Posizione molto buona e impianti raggiungibili con qualche minuto di auto/bus. Servizi dell’hotel davvero ottimi, dalla spa molto grande e variegata, alle attività ed escursioni che la struttura propone ogni settimana. Siamo rimasti davvero piacevolmente stupiti e ritorneremo sicuramente!

Gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen und schönem Wellness-Bereich!
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns, dass beim Frühstück Eierspeisen und Crepes frisch zubereitet wurden. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass es beim Abendessen kein Buffet gab, sondern ein Wahlmenu serviert wurde - ganz großes Lob für das sehr feine Essen!! Ebenso positiv war es, dass man von der Bar den ganzen Tag Getränke bekommen konnte und es sich bei schönem Wetter gemütlich auf der Terrasse machen konnte. Auch dass man vor dem Haus kostenfrei parken kann ist ein Pluspunkt, der nicht überall üblich ist. Der kostenlose Skibus hält fast direkt vor der Türe und verbindet das Skigebiet mit Tesero und Cavalese. Die Massagen waren bei uns Beiden Top ! Und besonders hervorzuheben sind die hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Mitarbeiter und die Gastgeber-Familie!!!

Cons:

Ich hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass Rührei, Omelett usw. mit kleinen Stücken von z.B. Paprika, Zwiebeln, Käse, Schinken, Schnittlauch aufgepeppt werden können. Die Kaffeemaschine hat meist nicht funktioniert und sollte evtl. neu beschafft werden.
Im Saunabereich sollte meiner Meinung nach mehr darauf geachtet werden, dass Ruhe herrscht. Durch den Whirlpool ist es dort auch im Ruheraum sehr laut.

Una coccola!!!!
Pros:

La qualità del cibo, la ricerca degli ingredienti e l’offerta (crepe e uova fatte al momento, estrattore, ..) + i servizi (spa, yoga, camminate organizzate). Lo staff era incredibile e super bravi a consigliare dove andare per le camminate
