A swimming cap is required in the indoor and outdoor pools.

The wellness center is open every day from 14:30 until 19:30. It is free, apart from hay baths, beauty treatments and massages.

Please note that the guided tours come at extra cost.

The resort fee is a compulsory card (Fiemme Card) which includes several facilities/services according to the season. This fee is not payable for children under 8 years, and a 50% discount applies for guests aged between 8 and 14.

In summer, the card includes: access to most of the Trentino public transport, cable cars, nature parks, museums and discounts to sports facilities and stores in the area. In winter, the card includes: access to ski busses, discounts to ski resorts and daily discounts to sports facilities, ski schools, restaurants and stores in the area.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Earm welcome, exceptionally clean, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant so the gentleman at reception proposed us to have breakfast and supper at the bar area not to leabe the dog alone in the room, outstanding spa, large ftee parking, super comfy bed, tasty food both breakfasts and suppers - truly exceptional stay

Das Personal und die Besitzer waren außerordentlich zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Das Frühstück, wie in Italien üblich, eher süß (Kuchen, Törtchen usw.), halt landestypisch. Die Qualität dr Produkte, wir Käse, Wurst, Schinken usw. sehr gut und regional.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich öffnet erst um 14.30h.
Wenn jemand nicht wandern geht oder anderweitig unterwegs sein möchte, ist es nicht möglich diesen vormittags zu nutzen.

Quasi tutto perfetto.

Cons:

Caotica la piscina, piena di bambini maleducati, siamo rimasti allibiti nel vedere anche la vasca idromassaggio piena di bambini , c' era anche un neonato. Da regolamentare il comportamento da tenere nelle vasche.

Pros:

Struttura ben posizionata e molto curata. Camere accoglienti e spaziose, con letti comodi. Colazione abbondante e ottima offerta per la cena. Area SPA inclusa per un ottimo relax. Parcheggio libero adiacente alla struttura.

Confortevole soggiorno
Pros:

Struttura confortevole e pulita, la camera era ampia e confortevole, dotata di tutti i comfort. Zona spa di buone dimensioni con un 'area piscina interna/esterna, vasca idromassaggio e bagno di vapore, e una zona relax con bagno turco e due saune.
Colazione a buffet con discreta scelta sia di dolce che di salato e cena alla carta (possibilità di scelta fra 4 primi e 4 secondi + dolce) con buffet ridotto da cui si può attingere liberamente.
L'hotel organizza gratuitamente (o a prezzo modico) gite in montagna e piacevoli attività serali

Cons:

Pur essendo piuttosto grande, la spa a volte risultava eccessivamente piena per il gran numero di ospiti

Pros:

Garage für die Motorräder, schöner SPA Bereich mit Pool, Dampfbad, Sauna, Eisbad und Regenduschen (Teil davon ab 16 Jahren - Schön ruhig und erholsam). Leckeres Frühstück (Buffet) und Abendessen (3 Gänger + Salat vom Buffet)

Struttura ben posizionata e molto ben curata; cucina ricercata e ottima colazione. Area benessere molto bella, grande, pulita e accogliente.
Valore aggiuntivo le visite guidate organizzate dall'hotel nel week-end, Stefano è stato straordinario!
