Please note that reception hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday 08:30 until 17:00.
Saturday and Sunday 09:00 until 12 noon.
Public Holidays 09:00 until 12:00 noon.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Burleigh Beach Tower in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

All after hours check in's MUST complete the 'Online Check-In' which will include upload of your photo ID.

Please note that secure car parking is limited. There is one space allocated per apartment.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

I really didn't want to leave a review but I keep getting messages to leave one.
Cons:

It was the start to the worst birthday weekend I've ever experienced. The night we arrived the lounge had crumbs on it but I cleaned them off and let it go. But then at 10am on the 20th (my birthday) the administration were banging on the door and then calling my mobile to be let in whilst I was in the bathroom, and then they let themselves in and realised that I was in the bathroom when I called out to wait. How embarrassing! Unfortunately there were reception renovations happening that we were not prewarned about and they needed access to the electrical circuit board for administration which was located in the bathroom of our apartment.
We won't be staying there again.

Pros:

So close to everything, nature walks, shops and beach. Wonderful view from balcony, well equipped kitchen and laundry and comfy beds.

Cons:

One ply toilet paper should not exist.

Great location, great view - very comfortable
Pros:

The location was excellent - just steps to the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops, bars etc.

Cons:

There were no instructions on how to work the TV, needed more towels, more dishwashing items - like tea towels, cloth for wiping up, more toilet paper, box of tissues would have been nice. Roadworks right outside the place worked all through the night, which kept us awake. I knew there were roadworks, but did not realise they were 24/7. Once roadworks for the tram line are finished, it will be much better. Short circuit with fire alarm went off during the night which was annoying.

Great view in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Great view in an excellent location. Walk across the road to the beach and a short walk to local restaurants and shops. Helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

Lots of roadworks around the area with work at night, but with windows closed, the noise was minimal. Looks like the work is nearly finished though.
