Naiyang Park Resort

Naiyang Park Resort is currently a construction site with noisey power tools going all day.
Stayed here in 2024 and came back in 2025 because it used to be good - a lot can change in 12 months!
Booked a deluxe bungalow months in advance and was given a standard room 13.
Senior reception staff were dismissive and disrespectful.
Ironically they can afford to renovate, but can’t be bothered to replace their rag stained towels.
Weak wifi keeps dropping off.
The place is infested with mosquitoes.
Don’t rely on historical outdated positive reviews - such a shame they’ve destroyed what used to be a delightful place 😱

The resort was a little outdated, which made it quirky in a way. However, there was a lot of building work in progress and early in the morning it was quite noisy. The staff were amazing though. The housekeeping was a bit haphazard and my towels had holes in them. The park it was situated in was anazing abd donoeaceful. The airport shuttle only operated between 07:00 - 19:00, do I had to make my own way to the resort. The the whole though, I would go back.

I’ve stayed at this resort a few times, and it never seems to disappoint. Quiet, wonderful facilities close to the beach and very comfortable.
I will definitely return again.

Absolutely loved this place, so much so that we came back 3 times during our trip to Thailand. We used it as our base to travel to and from Krabi and enjoy day trips to phi phi. It’s right near the airport so we stayed on first night, in the middle and last night. The staff were so welcoming every time we turned up and couldn’t have done enough for us. The location is amazing and the bungalows are built in the jungle area. Beautiful swimming pool and beach just in front. I’d recommend staying here and we’ve told many people on our travels about this little gem.

Just a one night stay, but

Not much night life around or any activity really around the area. They could not find my booking at first but that was resolved within 15 minutes. The area seemed to be under construction, some trees were cut down. Overall an okay place to spend the night, not my favorite place in Thailand. I’d recommend staying at a different location altogether.

Close to the shore

Fantastic location on the beach. Would recommend and stay again, very local feel with nice big clean rooms and great bed and amenities

Overall staff was pleasant. Is not convenient to tourist type activities or shopping. Breakfast choices were limited but doable for the cost. Very poor air-conditioning. Liked the 'cabana like' setting for the rooms. very private. Room was nice except for the aforementioned air-condition. Failed at promised airport transfer. Had to pay a taxi 400 baht and the hotel did nothing. Very upsetting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Naiyang Park Resort. The staff was friendly. The property was beautiful, as was the room. The food was delicious. And the location can't be beat!

This resort really impressed us. Firstly they upgraded us to a bigger room for free without us asking which was very generous of them. The resort rooms are beautiful and appear to be recently renovated. This is a fantastic place for families as they have a great pool and nice restaurant while being close to the airport and walking distance from a very fun beach (5 minute walk). The beach has tons of restaurants, exchanges, shopping marts, and a nightclub.
The only possible complaint I could come up with is their billiards table is in desperate need of an update. Other than that the people were extremely kind and even gave us a free transfer to our next hotel. We definitely will be staying here next time as the price value is one of the best in Phuket!
Also their food is delicious and they have room service which was fantastic. Could not recommend this resort or the people more!

Good location

The property was lovely. The beach area was not as clean as some of the other Thailand beaches. Staff at the property were amazing and the breakfast had a great variety.

‼️READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING – BED BUGS! ‼️

If it were possible to give zero stars, we would. We were excited to stay at this resort, but upon arrival, we discovered bed bugs crawling on the pillow, mattress, and bed sheets in our first room. We immediately reported this to reception. After inspecting the room, they agreed to move us to another one.

Unfortunately, the second room also showed clear signs of a bed bug infestation, including eggs attached to the mattress seams. We reported this again, but the staff showed no real concern or apology. Their only response was that the hotel was fully booked.

We requested a refund, but the hotel refused and told us to take it up with the booking partner — who, in turn, has not intervened.

What should have been a wonderful trip to Thailand turned into a nightmare. The staff showed no empathy or effort to resolve the situation. Moreover, this resort claims to be certified under SHA Extra Plus, which guarantees top quality and safety standards. Based on our experience, this certification appears to be a complete scam.

Please! Check your rooms, beds, curtains when staying here, unless you want to take home a lovely souvenir. 🪳

We had a booking for 2 nights before flying home. When we turned up to check in
we were told that our reservation was cancelled by a rather rude male.
He first said we cancelled it. No we didn't. Then he said Bookings did. No they didn't.
We found on our phone that the hotel did. No comment from the male except that they were fully booked out. That proved later to be a complete lie. Apparently our ccv needed to be updated so they sent us an email when we were at 35000 ft on our way to Thailand and gave us 6 hours to fix. Needless to say that was impossible. Can we update it now? No reply except to say we are fully booked. If you're thinking of visiting Naiyang Beach I would thoroughly recommend you stay any where else but this place.
We walked next door, received great friendly service and had a better room within 15 min. That's after spending 2 hrs looking at a non responsive, unhelpful waste of space that should not be in a job like that. PLEASE read the other honest reviews and don't make the same mistake that we did.
No raised voices, but we were still ignored and lied to.

The bungalows are basic but good and the staff are very delightful.

The property itself is simple but so cozy. Delicious food.
The beach is just across the street. Wonderful experience.

The accommodation was lovely, however we did leave early as we wanted to be closer to the main town. The beach by the accommodation was appalling, so much rubbish and filth. Very disappointed by the beach but not the accommodations fault.
