Pros:

Breakfast buffet good, room clean and all the necessary facilities. Good off road parking and easy to find location, we knew it wasn't on lake front, but then you get better value for the money.

Eine katastrophale Nacht mit nur einer Bettdecke
Cons:

Doppelzimmer gebucht Einzelzimmer erhalten. Um 23.30 Uhr Rezeption nicht erreichbar, nur eine Notfallrufnummer. Diese steht ganz klein im Zimmer, haben wir nicht gesehen. Wurden mehrmals darauf hingewiesen, diese anzurufen. Wie soll man eine Nummer anrufen, die man nicht sieht? Der Fehler des Hotels wurde uns mehrmals zugeschoben. Uns wurde ein Secco zur ersten Beruhigung gegeben und dann später 5 % Nachlass angeboten. Ist absolut nicht verhältnismäßig. Direktion uneinsichtig. So geht man mit Gästen nicht um.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Wie immer sehr schön, die Lage ist sehr gut und für unsere Zwecke Zentral gelegen. Das Personal war wieder wie immer sehr freundlich, dass eine Mitarbeiterin auffällig war, können die anderen nichts dazu und könnte vielleicht auch an uns gelegen haben. ;-) Regeln müssen sein, wo kämen wir da hin. ;-) Fazit: wenn wir wieder ein Hotel in Radolfzell benötigen, gerne wieder das K99.
