Le personnel est accueillant,, très aimable et bien informé des endroits à visiter et comment y accéder.
L'emplacement est idéal. Le buffet du déjeuner est copieux et magnifiquement préparé . Le personnel est calme et souriant au déjeuner.

Cons:

La ventilation dans la chambre était un peu bruyante pour la personne qui dormait côté porte.

Ein Muss, kein Kann!
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit toller Dachterrasse beim Frühstück. Es ist sauber, komfortabel und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ein perfekter Spot für Radolfzell.

..tolles Frühstück serviert im 8. Stock
Einen sicheren abgeschlossenen Fahrradraum mit der Möglichkeit die E-Bikes aufladen zu können!!
Außerdem fie großartige Möglichkeit für unsere geplante 4 tätige Fahrradtour um den Bodensee, unseren Wagen für die Zeit in deren Tiefgarage gegen eine geringe Gebühr parken zu können.

Gutes Hotel, sauber, tolles Frühstücksbuffet
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist tipptopp, nicht so teuer, aufgeräumt, tolles Frühstücksbuffet und auch schöne Aussicht vom Frühstücksraum aus.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht zentral zum spazieren gehen, sondern eher an einer grösseren Strasse ausserhalb.

Pros:

Schön, gepflegt, modern, gutes Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir bekamen sogar Tickets für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Cons:

Die Sauna ist schön und sehr gepflegt, aber ihr fehlt etwas Gemütlichkeit.
Des Weiteren mussten wir einen kleinen Aufpreis für unsere 1,5 jährige Tochter bezahlen. Dafür haben wir z.B. ein zusätzliches Handtuch erhalten. Das fanden wir unnötig und hätten gerne darauf verzichtet. Wir kennen dies auch nicht von anderen Hotels. Da hat unsere Tochter stets kostenlos in unserem Bett und ohne Extras übernachtet. Das sind aber nur ein kleine Details. Alles top sonst!
