Es war so ein toller Aufenthalt. Ich wollte für paar Tage alleine weg und in Ruhe zu arbeiten. Die Anlage ist so schön. Die perfekte Mischung aus schick, geerdet, Natur, Komfort.

Alles was ich gegessen habe war super Lecker.

Very peaceful, clean and nice staff

Aya is located right by the beach, in a beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing area. The property has a small gym and a lovely swimming pool overlooking the sea, which made it a perfect place to unwind. AMAZING sunset

The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Anitha, who made my stay feel even more like home. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and cared for, providing a truly warm and genuine hospitality experience throughout my stay.

The rooms has air conditioning, it is well distributed and spacious. The shower is warm is nice.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this resort.

The resort is beautifully maintained, surrounded by so much greenery and beautiful trees, which gives the whole place such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The pool is lovely, and the beach is simply amazing. There is so much space, and everything feels calm and uncrowded. At night, it is incredibly peaceful and quiet — exactly what we were looking for.

Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the bed was so comfortable!

But what really makes this resort special is the staff. What an amazing team! Everyone is genuinely kind and welcoming, from the reception staff to the restaurant and bar team, the cleaning ladies, and of course the chefs. They all made us feel so welcome and looked after.

And the food… absolutely delicious! I honestly don’t understand some of the negative comments I’ve read about the food. Everything we ate was delicious, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. My compliments to the chefs — you are doing an amazing job!

And then there was a very special bonus for me: the resort’s house cat, whom I named Pole Pole. 🐱❤️ She is clearly very well looked after, always has a full belly, and is treated with so much kindness. To me, the way a place treats its animals says a lot about the people who work there — and that says a lot about this resort.

We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend this resort without hesitation. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Aya Beach Resort. The location is absolutely beautiful and very convenient. The resort itself is very spacious, beautifully surrounded by lush greenery and exceptionally well maintained. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea, which could be enjoyed directly from the restaurant as well as from our room. The pool area is also beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers available, so it was always easy to find a comfortable spot with enough privacy. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was good, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and communication with the resort was easy and uncomplicated. We felt very welcome and truly enjoyed our time here.

Super hotel avec une vingtaine de bungalows très confortables, petit frigo, bouilloire, tout qui fonctionne impeccable. Un staff absolument charmant. Hawa la responsable est très efficace et très professionnelle. J ai passé 5 nuits et vraiment je recommande cet endroit ,même si le prix est un peu élevé, mais à la hauteur du service .

Prachtige accomodatie, rustige plek, mooi zwembad, zeer lekker eten, en zeer behulpzaam personeel.

Skvělá lokalita, člověk zde mnohem více cítí skutečnou atmosféru Zanzibaru (narozdíl od turistické oblasti kolem Nungwi), zároveň je ale resort krásný a moderní, vybaven vším, na co jsou zvyklí turisté z Evropy. Resort je krásný, udržovaný, čistý (odpovídá inzerovaným fotografiím), zaměstnanci jsou neskutečně milí a ochotní.
Místní prodejci tu jsou sice na každém rohu, ale jsou milí a nejsou tak dotěrní jako v turističtějších oblastech.
Přílivy a odlivy moře tu jsou znatelné, nicméně to považuji za velkou výhodu a už jen kvůli nim bych sem jela znovu. Koupat se dá bez problému denně, velký odliv je zpravidla (v srpnu) vždy brzy ráno a dopoledne, odpoledne zas moře dosahuje až k pobřeží. Je to neskutečně zajímavé, dá se procházet a brouzdat i nekolik desítek metrů od břehu, nádherné výjevy, všem doporučuji.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was an immersive experience. It was incredible. We felt like we were in a jungle by the sea; the staff were very welcoming, and the massages were deeply relaxing. It was truly exceptional. The restaurant was perfect, and the breakfast was excellent. The service was incredibly kind and attentive.

Super nice rooms, comfortable beds, outdoor bathrooms with a nice shower. Lovely garden and outdoor space. The food and drinks were very good. The staff is friendly, quiet and always has a smile.

Quite and lovely place, which gives you time to charge. This is a place I definitely want to go back to.

We had a fabulous stay at Aya Beach Resort. From the first welcome to our last day, everyone went out of their way to look after us.
The resort is beautifully maintained, and designed so it feels like a peaceful tropical paradise, all facing the sea. We loved the facilities: restaurant, bar, pool, gym, yoga, volleyball etc and there were always plenty of sun loungers and sunbeds.
We also loved being able to swim in the sea towards high tide and then walk on the beach at low tide, with steps down directly from the bar.
We highly recommend staying here, a perfect getaway in Zanzibar.

Wir waren zu viert im Aya Beach Resort in Kizimkasi und hatten zwei wunderschöne Deluxe Villas mit Meerblick – einfach traumhaft! Schon beim Aufwachen den Blick auf den Indischen Ozean zu genießen, war etwas ganz Besonderes.

Das Resort versprüht pures Sansibar- Feeling. Alles ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und schafft eine entspannte, authentische Atmosphäre. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Barfuß-Feeling – Schuhe braucht man hier eigentlich kaum. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie im Paradies.

Das Essen war für uns eines der absoluten Highlights. Neben der abwechslungsreichen Speisekarte gab es jeden Tag wechselnde Specials, die hervorragend zubereitet waren. Egal ob frischer Fisch, lokale Spezialitäten oder internationale Gerichte – alles war von bester Qualität und mit viel Leidenschaft gekocht.

Auch das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Man wird immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und fühlt sich rundum willkommen.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist das Outdoor-Gym mit seiner besonderen Atmosphäre. Außerdem konnten wir tolle Ausflüge direkt mit den lokalen Fischern buchen – authentischer kann man Sansibar kaum erleben.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Für einen tollen Preis wurde uns unglaublich viel geboten.

Wer einen entspannten, authentischen und wunderschönen Urlaub auf Sansibar verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Aya Beach Resort uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!
