Lack of maintenance of the building. Small TV and it is not cable. Not internet in the room.

The location near the the beach is great but they have to work harder in the cleanest...

The booking was prepaid (VDK Expedia 7393967968457. DKK 1547,46). The receptionist couldn't or wouldn't accept that, and asked for an additional payment of 171,75 US$, which we paid believing, that the amount would not be withdrawn from our account, when the hotel had checked their bookkeeping. The reception was later the same day asked to cancel the withdrawal, which couldn't be done. We were told to contact Expedia to get our money back. The reception made a second error, during the payment at arrival. They mixed up the numbers, and we (only) paid 117,75 US$ instead of the 171,75 US $, they asked for. We left the next morning one day ahead of time and will never set foot in that hotel again. I/We have stayed in several 100 hotels all over the world during the last 20 years, and we have never experienced such a lousy and cheating service. Needless to say: it is not a good recommendation for Expedia. We of course have all documentation, which can be sent on request.

El hotel está en un lugar bastante agradable y seguro. Las áreas comunes se mantienen bastante limpias. Nos hospedamos en una habitación que está arriba de la recepción y debajo hay una bomba de agua o algo así que en la madrugada suena como un elicoptero y nos desperó. La refrijeradora de la habitación estaba toda oxidada, no recomendable para guardar alimentos.

The first room we stayed in had no hot water. After the maintenance man got zapped and we were concerned about a fire hazard the power was shut off to the room. The lady at the front desk did not want to clean another room, and said we would be fine for only 2 days in the room with no power. The maintenance man insisted that we get a clean room, and he grabbed the keys for an upgraded sweet (which was way cool for him to do.) The room was absolutely beautiful, however we had to go get clean sheets and towels out of the dryer (the gal at the desk just pointed to the laundry room when we told her the sheets on the bed were still dirty), and change the linens ourselves. Otherwise the view, and beach access were fantastic.

We had a great stay and would come back. The only problems we had was the first room did not have AC in the living area, the staff at the Condo moved to another unit and was on the bottom floor with Ocean view and Pool. When we booked this Penthouse with 2 king beds. In the first unit on the 3 floor we had one King, and one Queen bed, and that was OK. In the second unit one room had 2 full beds and the other room looked like a Queen bed, come to find out it was just a queen box spring made up to be a bed. So we move one of the mattresses from one room to another, because the front desk told us they did not have any more mattresses to put on the bed. We made do and had a great time. The pool is another story the small one was great the large one was green, come to find out after talking with the owner the pool man quit 3 days before so that pool was closed for 2 days. It was looking better the last day. The small pool was nice. Also we thought we would have a small bar/store on the property and that was closed per the owner it was to reopen on Saturday the day we left. Over all the stay was good for the money we paid.

Couldn’t access half of the hotel amenities, as it was reserved for a private group. Front desk clerk said it wasn’t her problem. Even they had a fence blocking access to this separate area. Shame on them !

Got ripped off. Paid for a Condo and was put into a much smaller room then I paid for.

Booked a room with a kitchen. The room was extremely small, had large ants crawling over the counter and bed bugs in the mattresses. We cancelled our stay there. The beach is not for swimming as there are frequent riptides.

Arrived early and was informed the room we booked was not available. They put us in a smaller room facing a small pool not the one in the pictures. We booked a larger room facing the Ocean with 3 beds not 2. We found out several hours after checking in that we could not use the larger pool because of a private party. The small room we were given didn't even have a table. I could not open my bedroom door all the way because of the warped floor. In the morning I went to the front desk to exchange money. They told me to come back in 2 hours. I went back about an hour and half later and the woman behind the counter told me she would come find me when she had the money. 6 hours later I went back to the front desk and was told they forgot about me and I never exchanged money. We had no access to a bar or restaurant. Never going back.

Kitchen counter had to be kept clean due to ants. Occasional lizard visitor would creep in under kitchen door, probably to feast on the ants, harmless. Beach side entrance had large porch with dinette that seated four and bench seat. Beautiful view. A large, white pawed, black cat slept on one of the cushioned chairs nightly, also, harmless, non-aggressive. Though out animal companions were never mentioned in the advertisement, it took little away from the magnificent beauty of this place.

Situation magnifique au bord de l'océan. Les 2 piscines sont geniales et la nature très presente. Super confort du logement. Super restaurant dans les environs

From the second I arrived I felt like I was home! The condo is really spacious. Private entries in both the front and back. The balcony was large and very comfortable, with a couch, two chairs and a table (and still spacious)!! I have a third floor condo facing the beach and the view was unbelievable. The employees go out Of the airway to make sure you have everything you need or want. I can’t wait to go back!

La habitacion no estaba lista, pese a que la reservacion se hizo con antelacion y se cancelo. La persona en recepcion estaba de acuerdo de que la reservacion estaba, sin embargo tuvimos que esperar por una hora para que fuera aseada, no nos dijeron nada.

The staff was welcoming and really ensured our needs were met. The room was small and simple, what do expect from economy? The one area that stood out was the charter and beauty of the outdoor setting m, it was amazing.
