Pros:

Localização e café da manhã.

Cons:

O banheiro tinha problemas estruturais: descarga ruim e vazamento num registro. O pé da cama ficava caindo.

Vale o custo barato e a localização.
Pros:

Fiquei em um dos quartos próximo das escadas e era péssimo em relação a acustica, muito barulho de funcionários transitando e atrapalhando o sono inclusive em horário noturno.

A localização compensa bastante
Pros:

Bom cafe da manhã, funcionários extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, a cama muito confortavel. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo e a poucos quarteirões a pé da Feira de Caruaru, maravilhosa.

Cons:

O chuveiro elétrico falhava muito, o hotel precisa de reformas e o banheiro estava sempre com água escorrendo de algum lugar. Com uma boa reforma e atualização dos móveis dos quartos, o hotel ficaria excelente.

boa relação custo-benefício.
Cons:

Há imagens da piscina que não condizem com o estado atual, pois ela está desativada e com a estrutura em péssimo estado. Fiquei no último andar e não me senti muito confortável, pois havia vários homens e inclusive bebendo 51 nessa parte do andar no horário noturno.

Pros:

O primeiro quarto estava com a escrivaninha com problema e o chuveiro estava frio. Mudei de quarto e ficou pior: cheio de esgoto e muito barulho a noite de outros quartos e corredores, pois as paredes são muito finais. Também não havia toalha de rosto.

Pros:

Localização excelente, no centro de cidade, não é necessário utilização de carro para circular na feira de artesanato, no museu , igrejas e outras pontos turísticos.

Cons:

Não tem estacionamento, porém tem manobrista para levar o carro. Estacionamento pago a parte.
