Pros:

Food had a wide spread god number of options. Location is very far from city and basic ammentinites. Not ideal for famalies. Although near to highway and airport.

Cons:

Rooms very in a very bad shape, interiors were fine but was constantly stinking. Even after several complaints, no reponse from Hotel staff. Staff in not trained enough, very young and unexpereienced staff.

Appreciation for excellent service

Hello,
Just wanted to appreciate how good the staffs were and the hygiene maintained in the dining and the room.
Staffs were very friendly and nice.
Took down few names of the staffs such as Mr AJOY, SOUMEN, BIPUL and ARVIND from the dining and Mr CHANDAN at the reception. I’m very pleased with the quality of service provided. The process was efficient, and my concerns were addressed promptly. Keep up the good work.

Decent hotel for a short business stay. Not so good for families.
Pros:

Staff is polite and responsive. They were generous in packing us picnic and travel meals as complimemtary. Studio Room that we opted for was spacious. Veg options in each buffet lunch or breakfast are way more than you will find elsewhere. Location is quiet and surrounded by open space with greenery.

Cons:

Location is outside main city located in industrial area. It is difficult to get uber/ola taxis at peak times. Hotel should consider cimplimemtary drops to airport and train station. We were charged havily by hotel while we could not get any regular alternatives for station drop.

Hotel should also consider adding few more facilities like salon, sovenier shopping etc. from family perspective.

Staff is new and gaining experience. Keys got deactivated ecery few houra of our 4 days stay. We were told it is due to magnetic effect of our mobiles keot in proximity. That did not seem true and helpful.

Food -Taste wise aveage for most dishes. Breakfast menu was almost same in first 2 days of stay. Chhole in breakfast was hard and did not seem fully cooked.

Mr. Vishal and priyanjali served us. Very humble. They both make us feel comfortable and pleasent dinner. Here nonveg is also mild juice . Excellent service enjoyed ambiance and food.
