I really feel this hotel is my best fit.
Pros:

I like that the location is great. The staff is always amazing here.

Cons:

I could only order a room with out refrigerator and small window. I always get a better room. I understand some times this happens. I am looking forward for my next visit. I always stay here. The breakfast was good but last year it was amazing.

Uncomfortable overnight stay due to above.
Pros:

The location it is in the heart of the city.

Cons:

Many to mention. Room 1005 old room with non functioning heater, no coffee or creamer, the towels are so old like a rug, no hairdryer, not all ceiling lights are working, the blinds are not rolling up and down, cockroaches running on the floor.

Cons:

Message the hotel through booking.com but didn’t response. The lavatory sink is clogged. Noisy environment. The parking fee is not free.

As previous customer I expected much better but I suppose it is hard to keep on top of things .
Pros:

Distance to shopping malls walkable easily

Cons:

Rooms tired , kettle and fridge in room and 2 cups . No spoons or coffee or tea . Windows filthy dirty . Wardrobe doors jamming . Superior room booked but is was very tired and desperately needs re doing . I have stayed here before and room was far better .
