As previous customer I expected much better but I suppose it is hard to keep on top of things .

Distance to shopping malls walkable easily

Cons:

Rooms tired , kettle and fridge in room and 2 cups . No spoons or coffee or tea . Windows filthy dirty . Wardrobe doors jamming . Superior room booked but is was very tired and desperately needs re doing . I have stayed here before and room was far better .

Pros:

Decent room size. Right at the heart of the city. Close to everything.

Cons:

Would be nice if the shower was fully enclosed which can be accomplished with a simple shower curtain. At its current state, when you shower, the water splashes everywhere and wet the entire bathroom.
