Location is great! 7 Eleven is very near the hotel and lots of places you can rent motorbike nearby. Reasonable price and comfort for a budget trip!

I like the location, cleaness. Their own restaurant is a gem. We visited 2 times as a family of 4 and had the best dishes of the entire Phuket.
