We enjoyed our stay and liked the location. Top notch.
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean, staff was great.

Cons:

One remote didn’t work and some of the light switches were hard to operate.

A perfect stay!!
Pros:

Everything you could ask for. Spacious room with separate sitting area and kitchenette. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels already in the room. Great breakfast included. An exceptional value for the price.

Cons:

The pillows were comfortable but (I’m very sensitive to odors) they should be deodorized occasionally. My husband didn’t notice a thing though so don’t base your stay on this. I will stay here every time we visit Denton.

After multiple things gone wrong with my room, they made it right.
Pros:

Proximity to the location I needed to be. I also liked the breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The hotel room was not in the best condition. It was really dark, smelled bad, and the lights switches didn’t work properly. Then, when I went to bed, the a/c return vent on the wall started buzzing really loud and woke me up. It sounded like an alarm. I called and got another room. The front desk manager helped me load my belongings to switch to another room at 10:30pm. The second room was much cleaner, brighter, didn’t smell, however the toilet didn’t work properly. Sometimes I think they give people the crappy rooms when booking through a third party, because it’s happened before at other hotels when I book through booking.com???? Not cool!

Pros:

Location was great, customer service was good. Room wasnt exactly clean.. Ie. Trash under bed, stains on couch and linens. Potato chips behind bedroom door. Air conditioner wasn't great, but I requested a fan and the front desk provided.

Meh, will not be staying again.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was almost none existent. The lights in the room were very challenging for young kids, and could be difficult for elderly patrons as well. The lamp next to the bed was broken when I got there, the button to shut off was gone (the light still worked). I brought a firestick to access our home Netflix accounts, and was unable to connect it to wifi-there was no ability to login with a password, it required more that is not possible with the stick. The thermostat was set to 65, but did not ever stay at 65. It was at 68 and the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable. 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service during Saturday morning, the seemingly busiest day and during breakfast. Making it a long wait down and back up from breakfast, and loading up the car before checkup.
