Pros:

The rooms were exceptionally clean. Walking distance to Han Market. Nice river view. Their Vietnamese cold coffee a must try.

Cons:

More than 1 laundry bag will be charged 25000 Dong. We stayed for 2 nights, at least could have given 2 laundry bag.
