We would like to express our appreciation for the outstanding service we have received at Hilton Da Nang, from the General Manager to the front desk and restaurant staff. The difference in service quality compared with our experience at Hilton Shenzhen is truly remarkable. While local culture may play a role, the biggest credit undoubtedly goes to the local senior management team and the wonderful staff they lead.
We have also stayed at Conrad Bangkok and genuinely enjoyed the service there, but the hospitality at Hilton Da Nang is on another level altogether.
From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and we were pleasantly greeted by the General Manager, which immediately made us feel valued as guests.
The breakfast restaurant team deserves special recognition. Their warmth and professionalism are exceptional, especially miss Truy - she not only remembered us, but greeted us by name and welcomed us back each morning with a genuine smile. Those small personal touches make all the difference.
Da Nang has many excellent hotels, including beautiful beachfront properties with stunning ocean views, but Hilton Da Nang remains our top choice because of the nearby highly rated restaurants, reasonably priced spas and top pickleball facilities, shopping streets, and most importantly, we enjoy our experiences here at Hilton.
