I was fortunate enough to stay here while on business. It was a fantastic hotel with great staff and a great location. The food was great and I was lucky to have access to the lounge. The staff there (Alice, sonic and tham) were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here for a trip to Da Nang.

クラブラウンジアクセス付きの27階の部屋に3日間滞在しました。同じ階にクラブラウンジがあり、アクセスしやすくとても便利でした。
サウナやプールはありませんが、立地が便利で、部屋からは川や橋を望むことができました。客室は広く、設備もほぼ最新式でとても快適に過ごせました。朝食も夕方のクラブラウンジの食事も大変美味しく、スタッフの皆さんも親切で、安心して滞在できました。どなたにもお勧めできます。

# **27th Floor – Club Lounge**
★ Thy
Thy is an exceptionally intelligent and highly capable concierge. During our enjoyable conversations, she recommended a wonderful local restaurant that is loved by the local community and kindly arranged a reservation for us on the spot. It was a lively, long-established restaurant with an authentic local atmosphere, and thanks to her recommendation, we enjoyed the most memorable dinner of our stay in Da Nang.

★ Hein
Hein's attention to detail was truly exceptional. She proactively took care of even the smallest things, such as replenishing items before guests noticed they were running low. I was especially impressed by how diligently she worked behind the scenes without drawing attention to herself. Although she was modest and soft-spoken, she always greeted us with a lovely smile and made us feel very comfortable whenever we spoke with her.

★ Hung
Hung moved gracefully from table to table, making sure guests' drinks were always refilled and clearing away dishes promptly. He gladly accommodated our requests and prepared delicious cocktails for us. His attentive, professional, and polished service was exactly what we would expect from a Club Lounge.

★ Alice
Alice shared many wonderful recommendations for sightseeing in Da Nang and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere through her cheerful conversations. Her bright smile and friendly personality made every visit to the lounge even more enjoyable.

# **2nd Floor – Breakfast Restaurant**
★ Executive Chef Thuy
Executive Chef Thuy demonstrated the outstanding leadership and attentiveness expected of an Executive Chef. While giving firm yet encouraging guidance to his team, he carefully oversaw every cooking station as well as the entire restaurant. Despite being very busy, he took the time to visit our table personally to greet us and ensure that everything was to our satisfaction.
When we complimented both the staff and the egg dishes, he responded with a genuinely delighted smile. It was easy to see the pride and confidence he has in his team and in the quality of the food they serve. Thanks to his leadership, we were able to enjoy a wonderful, abundant, and delicious breakfast every morning.

★ Hoa
Hoa's calm and gentle smile always made us feel welcome. She thoughtfully looked after us and took the time to explain Vietnamese coffee in detail, making our breakfasts both enjoyable and memorable.

★ Duyen
Duyen always greeted us with a bright and friendly smile, making every breakfast a delightful experience. She is also fluent in sign language and was always quick to support her colleagues with genuine kindness and a smile. Her professionalism, compassion, and positive attitude left a lasting impression on us.

★ Female Table Attendant with a Hearing Impairment
She female table attendant with a hearing impairment was remarkably intelligent, and even her beautiful handwriting reflected her warm personality. Although she could not hear, she immediately understood our requests and responded with a wonderful smile every time.
Whenever necessary, she communicated seamlessly with Duyen using sign language, and together they responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. Their teamwork was truly professional and inspiring. Our only regret is that we forgot to ask for her name.

★ Female Staff Member at the Egg Station
The egg dishes were absolutely delicious. The Vietnamese-style omelet she specially prepared at our request was exceptional. It was also impressive to watch her skillfully prepare so many orders with remarkable speed while maintaining such excellent quality.

★ Female Staff Member at the Noodle Bar
She always prepared delicious noodle dishes quickly and even recommended local toppings for us. Thanks to her thoughtful suggestions, we were able to experience and fully enjoy authentic Vietnamese noodle specialties.

★ Male Staff Member at the Steak Station
The gentleman at the steak station, who looked very distinguished in his glasses, always prepared the food efficiently while wearing a warm smile. His friendly attitude made the already delicious steaks taste even better.

★ My
My looked after our table throughout our breakfasts. Although she seemed a little shy, she was always smiling and paid close attention to every detail, making sure our table remained comfortable and well cared for. We truly appreciated her thoughtful and attentive service.

The housekeeper responsible for Room 2708 cleaned and organized our room perfectly every day. Thanks to the exceptional care and attention to detail, we were able to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay throughout our visit.
We sincerely appreciate the dedication and hard work that went into keeping our room in immaculate condition. Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable.
