The staffs' hospitality is commendable. We get to check-in early due to availability of the room. Excellent location by the Han River and only 5 mins walk to Han Market. We re able to stroll along the riverside.Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Comfy mattress.
Love the iced Vietnamese coffee during breakfast
Breakfast selections - not too much of seafood and vegetarian options. But for those who have no dietary restrictions may be able to enjoy the breakfast spread to the fullest

But the pool was closed for maintenance.
I also have to compliment the room—the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the interior design and furnishings are beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained. Everything feels high-quality and thoughtfully designed. Overall, the room has been exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. June’s service made the experience even better!
All the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, especially the chef and June. They made my stay even more enjoyable!
The King room has a beautiful view of the river and city. It has a large bathroom with a soaking tub.
There were a few things that detracted from my experience at this Hilton DaNang.
- The air conditioning never cooled the room, even with the thermostat set to 18°C/64°F.
- The pillows appear to be large and fluffy but they flatten quickly.
- The location was workable, but walking to the city center became very noticeable in the heat and after long days.
- Unfortunately, my final interaction at checkout also left a poor impression. I was given 1 room key at check in, but at checkout, was accused having 2 and not returning 1 of them. Why would I keep a room key? The employee was unpleasant rather than simply resolving the discrepancy.
I enjoyed the view in this room, but taken together, the issues were enough that I would not choose this hotel on my next visit to DaNang.

Clean, modern, great place to stay
Slightly expensive compared to other locations in the area
The room was quiet and comfortable and we had a good rest during our stay.
We would also like to commend the hotel staff for their service. My husband accidentally left his wallet at the concierge desk while booking a taxi. The hotel staff promptly notified us via WhatsApp and kept the wallet safely for us until we returned to the hotel. We were very grateful for their attentiveness, honesty and care.
