Highly disappointing! Misleading, poorly maintained, and not worth the price.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They genuinely tried to assist within their possibilities. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the experience did not match what was shown on Booking.com. The photos were very misleading compared to reality.
There are two pools, but I was not confident about their cleanliness. There were big ants around the pool area, and it did not look well maintained. When we went to the spa at 11:30, everything, including the sauna and steam room, was completely turned off. After some time, a staff member came and turned them on, and we had to wait for them to heat up.
The wellness area is very small and narrow, with limited options, and the sauna fits only 2–3 people. There were even ants inside the sauna room. We could only use the steam room once, as it was no longer working when we wanted to use it again.
Only two towels are provided for the entire stay, including spa use, and extra towels require an additional fee.
The biggest disappointment was the food. We chose half board, but the meals were far below what was shown in the photos. The variety was very limited, the presentation was careless, and items were not refilled unless we asked. It felt like leftovers from the previous day were being reused. While I understand avoiding waste, the lack of choice and low quality were very disappointing considering the price we paid.
We chose the room because it had a jacuzzi, but it was not clean. There were stains inside, and the water from the jets had a strong sewage smell, making it unpleasant to use.
When flushing the toilet, the water appeared yellow, there was a strong bad smell coming from the toilet, and we also saw ants there. The towels, although washed, had stains, and we had to ask for replacements.
Overall, cleanliness was not satisfactory, and we felt uncomfortable enough to leave early on the second day without having breakfast.
There was a significant price difference between my earlier booking and later prices, and despite reporting it, I paid more and received no response from Booking.com.

2 Days Turned to 4 Days
Pros:

Please note that we were not at the hotel during peak season. What was initially supposed to be a 2 night stay turned into 4 days of relaxation. We elected for a room upgrade which had a jacuzzi in the room which was a really nice addition to our stay. The room was spacious with a large semi-private patio, small refrigerator, two plugs on each side of the bed, and was overall updated and well maintained/clean. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful (Rafael was there most of the time but all the staff were amazing). They were answering questions, setting up our massage appointments, and turning on the spa facitlities when we wanted to use them. The spa facilities were well maintained and clean. The jacuzzi, sauna, steam and salt rooms were all available and functional. We did get the “full board” which included dinner and breakfast buffet. Both had a variety of hot and cold food options, which were fresh, delicious, and varied from day to day. We did bring our dog and the staff was very accommodating and allowed him to stay. There were places close by for him to do his business if needed. The hotel was located a short walk from the train station and across from “the strand” which had several restaurants and drinking options as well as an area to enjoy the lake. There was a small supermarket (Coop) less than a kilometer up the hill in case you would like to buy some drinks or groceries. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Nothing fancy but friendly and welcoming family environment great for kids, couples, and pets.

Másodszor voltunk már itt, ahogy elsőre, úgy most is nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.
Szinte mindent kipróbáltunk most is.
Szívből ajánljuk a wellness szolgáltatásokat, és a 108-as szobát.
A személyzet nagyon kedves, de kiemelkedő Rafael személye, egy csupa szív ember!

Aki jól szeretné érezni magát, az jól is tudja!
Nekünk így tetszik,ahogy van!
Természetesen van,ami esetleg újításra, újra gondolásra szorul, de biztos vagyok benne, hogy azon vannak,hogy idővel jobb legyen.
Nekünk a szívélyes fogadtatás/kiszolgálás sokkal fontosabb.

Kellemes, az ellátás hiányos.
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van, közel van Balatonfüred, Tihany, közel van a part, ahol van lehetőség étkezni, de éttermek is vannak a közelben.
Jó volt a szoba elrendezése, a pezsgőfürdő kellemes volt. Szép a hotel, modern, jól felszerelt. Kedves a személyzet. A wellness ugyan kicsi, de pároknak ideális, illetve a “tömeg” eloszlik, mivel sok szauna, illetve pihenő (pl. Sószoba) van, van kint jakuzzi is.

Cons:

Alapvetően ahogy fent írtam, szép a hotel, kellemes. Az ellátás minősége viszont egy 4 csillagos szállodához képest gyenge. Nincs minden nap takarítás, ami a hangyák miatt indokolt lenne, illetve a törölközők cseréje is jó lett volna. Az ételektől nem voltunk egyáltalán elájulva, nem voltak finomak, pedig a hotelnek különálló étterem része is van… Sokat lehetne az elégedettségen javítani, ha ezekkel foglalkoznának, mivel maga az épület és a személyzet valóban igényes. Plusz tipp: a pezsgőfürdővel rendelkező szobákhoz lehetne mellékelni egy útmutatót a kádnak a működéséről.
