The main floor of the hotel was nice.
Our room smelled musty and moldy. You could tell there has been water damage. We didn’t have any towels in our room. When we arrived the systems were down, so we couldn’t officially check in or switch rooms. The sofa bed was nasty as well. The pool
Area bathrooms had mold growing all over it.
Someone claiming to be the front desk pounded sharply on our door at almost 11Pm when we were in bed, demanded we open the door & threatened to call the police claiming our room wasn't paid for (it was). Very scared, my daughter and I refused to open and called the front desk- they said it actually was them and told us we had to some down and pay. I told them I was in my pajamas, not coming down & had a receipt so if they wanted to see it, they could send someone reasonable up so I could show them. Apparently the problem was something due to their computers being down all day, but it was a horrible, frightening experience, a totally uncalled for reaction by the hotel and absolutely abominable way to treat a guest. We were offered no compensation, but the next day the nice person at the front desk said we could take something from the snack section. Thanks a lot. We passed.
It was in a good safe location, and I was very satisfied with the service I received, and the room was nice and clean and beautiful.
I can’t say that there was anything at all that I could complain about.

Big room
At 9:40 in the morning I heard a little knock then some lady comes in. I said unmmm excuse me. She asked if I was getting ready to check out. Check out wasn’t until 11am. That was so unprofessional and do not knock once and come right on in. Wait until after I leave. I was so shocked as I have never had that happen before
Very responsive with concerns. My AC was making loud noises and they had it fixed the same day.

Door key did not work. Desk clerk had to open our room. In morning it worked okay.
