Andere Hotels am Ort bieten auch sehr viel mit guten Rahmenbedingungen.
Cons:

Das Hotel ist ausgerichtet auf russische Gäste, bis hin zur Programmauswahl im Fernsehen auf den Zimmern. Das Personal ist überwiegend Russlanddeutsche ....so wie man sie kennt ....
Am Wochenende war das Hotel zusätzlich durch eine russische Hochzeitgesellschaft okkupiert, Pool war gesperrt etc. und das Restaurant war geschlossen, der Gast soll sehen wo er bleibt ....

Cons:

Poolområdet var så trist, gammelt og deprimerende, rustne plastik møbler, poolen var syet / limet sammen i stykker af plastik, vakkelvornen trappe ned i vandet, fyldte askebægere rundt om ved poolen, visne blomster og ukrudt, folk der sad og røg ved poolområdet så vi måtte forlade det.
Skjolder i badeværelset i bruseren på værelset.
Kedelig smagløs morgenmad, kunne ikke se de havde det store økologiske udbud.
Det er ubegribeligt at dette hotel har så mange stjerner, mener det er værd en stjerne.
Damen i receptionen skal dog have 5 stjerner for hendes gode service.

Personal ist sehr freundlich, Zimmer sind außerordentlich sauber, Klimaanlage funktioniert super.

Cons:

Wirkt etwas verlasse, die Gänge zu den Zimmern und innerhalb des Hauses waren sehr dunkel. Die vorhandene Bar war nie besetzt, sodass wir leider keinen Cocktails bestellen konnten. Die Terasse war sehr schmutzig, überall lagen Blätter von den Bäumen. Als wir auschecken wollten haben wir 10 Minuten am Empfang gewartet und es kam keiner. Daraufhin haben wir unsere Karten dort abgelegt und sind gefahren.

Lage und Essen waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Pool Innen und Aussen eher weniger zum Schwimmen mehr zum abkühlen und Bewegung.
Bad im Zimmer extrem klein. Hängt jedoch sehr scheinbar vom Zimmer ab. Hinweis wäre gut.
Keine Handtücher in den SPA Bereichen .
