Ameg Lodge Kilimanjaro

Do espaço exterior amplo de acesso às comodidades do hotel, o ginásio é grande e bem equipado e a cama era bastante confortável com mosquiteira. Todos os funcionários foram impecáveis e super atenciosos. Aceitam pagamento com cartão sem qualquer sobretaxa.

In the past three weeks I have stayed 4 nights at the Ameg Lodge and the experiece has been absolutely perfect. Last weekend I booked a stay at another accommodation, because Ameg Lodge was already fully booked. I immediately regretted it! The facilities at Ameg are perfect: a clean gym where they have everything you need for a good workout; a beautiful, clean pool with nice sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings; a restaurant with amazing food and good prices; staff that is professional and friendly, but at the same time discrete and beautiful rooms providing everything that you need for a good rest (nice bed with mosquitonet, airco and clean bathroom with hot shower and fresh towels daily). The staff is also available at every moment to help you and answer any questions. They also make it possible to leave your luggage at the reception after checkout. I asked if it was okay to stay at the pool and have some food at the restaurant the day that I checked out (after 10am) and that was completely fine. The rest of my stay in Tanzania I will keep coming here in my free time when I am in Moshi :)

Gorgeous rooms and a nice peaceful place to stay on either side of climbing Kili

Perfect stay, clean, safe, thoughtfully equipped amenities, good gym, phenomenal staff who are kind and discreet. Beautiful surroundings in harmony with the many birds (including a good number of marabou storks) and local fauna that obviously consider this an oasis.

Mooie oase vlakbij Moshi. Grote kamers met een douche. In de tuin wonen vele marabous die ook op je raam tikken. Heel grappig. Vriendelijk personeel en fijn zwembad

Lovely hotel with great service, the pool, bar and restaurant area are excellent. Just what I needed after a trek uo Kilimanjaro.

Rent basseng, rene rom, vennlig personale, god massasje, stort treningsrom og veldig god mat i restauranten. Eierne er tilstede og passer på at gjestene har det fint. De svarer fort på mail. Enkelt å booke turer.

Ruim opgezet, mooie kamers, goed eten, fijn zwembad, aardige mensen. Het is echt een heerlijk hotel, een oase van rust.
Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden en zelf ook weer boeken.

The facilities were very clean, beautifully designed, and managed with great attention to detail. We also really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast — both were top-notch.

We felt truly welcomed and were even kindly upgraded to a suite. I visited Ameg Lodge five years ago and returned this time with my wife, and it fully met (and exceeded) my expectations once again.

I also appreciated the new developments that will be ready in the coming months.

Clean, well equipped, with a good gym.

I have stayed to weeks at Ameg lodge, and after spending time at 5 different hotels/lodges in, and around Moshi the past 5 years. This is now my new favourite spot. The sourroundings are beautiful and It is peaceful and quiet. It is a littlebit outside of town, but you can find resturants/cafe’s within walking distance. It is also just a short trip by Bajaji to town (7 min and aprox. 2$).
Due to my long stay we have tried almost everything on their menu for lunch/dinner, and not once have we been dissapointed! The food is delicious.
The rooms are very nice, and always clean.
The pool area has comfortable beds, the pool has good temperature and you get fresh towles everyday.
The gym has everything you need for a good workout.

The staff also needs to be mentioned. Everyone - from the guys at the gate, the cleaners, the gardeners, the ladies in the reseption area, and the waiters are all so nice and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.

I was here with a friend, but I have also seen people with kids, and think this is a good spot to bring my own kids one day.

We will definitely come back next year.

Dette er et helt fantastisk sted. Nydelige omgivelser, fine rom. Deilig frokost, nydelig fersk frukt.
Personalet svært vennlig. Menyen variert og god.

Festlig å se på storkene. Mange andre fine fugler.
