Prima uitvalsbasis om te wandelen op de Kilimanjaro
Pros:

Mooie oase vlakbij Moshi. Grote kamers met een douche. In de tuin wonen vele marabous die ook op je raam tikken. Heel grappig. Vriendelijk personeel en fijn zwembad

Cons:

De gym was gewoonweg gevaarlijk…

Nydelig lodge i nærheten av Kilimanjaro.
Pros:

Rent basseng, rene rom, vennlig personale, god massasje, stort treningsrom og veldig god mat i restauranten. Eierne er tilstede og passer på at gjestene har det fint. De svarer fort på mail. Enkelt å booke turer.

Nydelig lodge med komfortable og romslige rom, og flott basseng og treningsrom.
Pros:

Veldig Vennlig personale, nydelig stort og rent basseng og rene rom, god massasje og veldig god mat i restauranten. Eierne er tilstede og sørger for at gjestene får det så godt som de kan ha det. Vi ble veldig godt ivaretatt!

Fantastisch verblijf na een safari!
Pros:

Ruim opgezet, mooie kamers, goed eten, fijn zwembad, aardige mensen. Het is echt een heerlijk hotel, een oase van rust.
Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden en zelf ook weer boeken.

Cons:

Alles was goed. Als ik 1 ding mag noemen dan de douchekop, die was iets gedateerd en vast gemonteerd aan de wand. Maar dat is slechts 1 puntje want er was voldoende warm water.

Pros:

I have stayed to weeks at Ameg lodge, and after spending time at 5 different hotels/lodges in, and around Moshi the past 5 years. This is now my new favourite spot. The sourroundings are beautiful and It is peaceful and quiet. It is a littlebit outside of town, but you can find resturants/cafe’s within walking distance. It is also just a short trip by Bajaji to town (7 min and aprox. 2$).
Due to my long stay we have tried almost everything on their menu for lunch/dinner, and not once have we been dissapointed! The food is delicious.
The rooms are very nice, and always clean.
The pool area has comfortable beds, the pool has good temperature and you get fresh towles everyday.
The gym has everything you need for a good workout.

The staff also needs to be mentioned. Everyone - from the guys at the gate, the cleaners, the gardeners, the ladies in the reseption area, and the waiters are all so nice and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.

I was here with a friend, but I have also seen people with kids, and think this is a good spot to bring my own kids one day.

We will definitely come back next year.

We loved the staff’s hospitality and excellent service, as well as the peaceful atmosphere of the place. It’s an ideal spot for reflection and planning ahead.
The facilities were very clean, beautifully designed, and managed with great attention to detail.

We also really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast — both were top-notch.

We felt truly welcomed and were even kindly upgraded to a suite. I visited Ameg Lodge five years ago and returned this time with my wife, and it fully met (and exceeded) my expectations once again.

I also appreciated the new developments that will be ready in the coming months.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing — if I had more time, I would have definitely extended my stay by another night.

AMEG Lodge er et flott sted å være.
Pros:

Dette er et helt fantastisk sted. Nydelige omgivelser, fine rom. Deilig frokost, nydelig fersk frukt.
Personalet svært vennlig. Menyen variert og god.
Fint svømmebasseng
Festlig å se på storkene. Mange andre fine fugler.

Pros:

Un joli parc bien entretenu av belle et grande piscine.

Cons:

Nous avons du faire la chasse aux fournies volantes en arrive t dans la chambre, toutes cachées ds les rideaux. En ce qui concerne la literie, aucun hygiène, pas de protection sur les matelas et les draps tellement fin par l usure qu on a peur de les déchirer ! Franchement ça fait pitier l entretien des chambres pour le prix !! On nous prend vraiment pour des pigeons !! Le pire endroit que nous ayons eu !! Les photos ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité. Check out à 10h fait vraiment arrêter bientôt ce sera 9h 😞👎👎😱

Reasonable stay for a few nights
Pros:

Friendly staff, very good Indian food, nice pool, large gym, Marabu birds visiting, nice garden

Cons:

Staff sluggish at times, no airconditioning/towels/water in gym, terrible and dirty dressing room/ toilet at the pool, older apartments seem ill-maintained and dirty (we moved immediately into a newer one)
