Pros:

Am avut o experiență placuta la Mercure Mediaș! Camera a fost foarte curată, spațioasă și amenajată cu bun gust, iar patul extrem de confortabil. Se vede că se pune accent pe detalii și pe confortul oaspeților.

Personalul a fost foarte amabil și profesionist, mereu disponibil să ajute și să ofere informații. Check-in-ul și check-out-ul au fost rapide și fără probleme.

Micul dejun a fost variat și gustos, cu produse proaspete, iar atmosfera din hotel este liniștită și plăcută – perfectă atât pentru relaxare, cât și pentru călătorii de business.

Recomand cu mare încredere și cu siguranță voi reveni!

O locație frumoasă, dar ...cu suprize!
Pros:

Am apreciat curățenia în camere, mâncarea din restaurant și micul dejun, poziționarea hotelului și amenajarea, mobilierul, curtea.

Cons:

Lipsa de informare: am aflat că este indisponibilă sauna abia în momentul cazării, acesta fiind motivul alegerii hotelului.
In plus am constatat că nu este căldură, doar apă caldă, iar când am semnalat la recepție am aflat că este o defectiune la centrala. A venit un domn sa verifice, în camera, după ora 20, dar era doar o ventilație ușor călduță, după câteva minute aerul era iar rece. La a doua semnalare, la recepție, a faptului că nu s a remediat cu caldura, mi s a propus inițial sa schimbăm camera, însă problema lipsei căldurii persista în tot hotelul, apoi mi s a propus să schimbăm clădirea, însă era aproape miezul noptii așa că am solicitat și primit o sursă de încălzire electrică și o plapumă extra, căci afară erau -2 grade. A doua zi, dimineața, am întrebat la recepție dacă se va remedia situația cu căldura și am fost asigurată că este făcută cunoscută situația. În restaurant era rece, iar cei cazați stăteau cu gecile în timp ce mâncau. A doua seară tot nu era căldură. La plecare mi s a spus că ar fi trebuit să mă adresez proprietarului pentru a se remedia situația.
Sincer am rămas surprinsă să întâmpin așa situație, având în vedere faptul că, hotelul, este deosebit...

Good place to stay in Medias but don’t have high expectations
Pros:

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good enough, and the parking is large (and free) for hotel guests (also has a paid electric charging station). I’ve had dinner in the restaurant which was also good.

Cons:

The room was clean but the furniture a little dated, and also the bathroom could benefit from a fresh renovation. From this point of view, the room was not what I was expecting from a Mercure-affiliate hotel.

Favorite hotel without maintenance
Pros:

at the restaurant we were treated very well, good food and we were served even at later hours.

Cons:

we really like this hotel, we would come back with pleasure but this time we had the surprise of smelling like sewage in our bathroom, disturbing, we announced and hope that by next time this problem will be fixed. The air conditioning system in the room seemed old and also had a specific smell. another inconvenience was the swimming pool with a schedule only until 8 pm and the sauna, the only functional one of the two, starting at 4 pm which reached the optimal temperature only after 5.30 pm, the wet sauna did not work well, the temperature was much too low and it was not very humid 🙂, although it is mentioned as a spa, they had no one for massage. I was about to forget the piece de resistance, I came between Christmas and New Year and found a bottle of water with the welcome message on it, I should mention that the bottle was simple without any label and tasted like water from the sink, honestly it was better not to put it. The staff is friendly but they go overboard when it comes to maintenance that must be provided by installation specialists,
