Staff foarte bun, rapid, prietenos; loc parcare, aer condiționat funcționa fără probleme, liniște, terasa restaurant foarte plăcuta și la micul dejun; pat mare, supradimensionat,saltea și perne perfecte

Trebuie o aerisire mai buna in zona piscinei întrucât chiar daca nivelul de clor e in limite normale datorită căldurii probabil se evapora și mie personal mi a dat dificultăți în respirație. Mai buna adică avut grija sa fie deschise ușile cred că ar fi suficient. Problema poate sa fie doar sporadică când e foarte cald. Plusuri apa curata, aștept să se termine de reamenajat și zona de sauna. Papuci, halat inclus, temperatura apei foarte placuta

Pros:

la piscina è grande e sauna e bagnoturco sono agevoli da utilizzare e abbastanza grandi
la colazione, non compresa nel costo della camera, ha un costo eccessivo per quello che offre
il personale della reception è veramente cordiale e gentile

Cons:

le camere sono pulite ma molto trascurate con alcuni pezzi dell'arredo rotti
il letto nel soppalco è molto scomodo perchè nel soppalco entra solo il letto e non c'è spazio neppure per le valige

Am comandat paste carbonara, deși in menu este prezentata rețeta originala, am primit făcute cu smântână si bacon, iar atunci cand am comunicat ospătarului ca am primit altceva decât am plătit sistemul prezentat in menu, a venit de la bucătărie spunând ca bucătarul i-a spus ca atât buget au..
Deși au scos de pe notăde plata portia de paste ,nu asta imi doream, as fi preferat sa plătesc pentru ce am comandat din menu. Consider ca abordarea bucătarului este lipsita de respect si profesionalism.
Asa cum am comunicat doamnei de la recepție, voi reveni la hotel, insa la restaurant nu.

Pros:

Great location, very clean, friendly staff, great spa with saunas and swimming pool, comfy beds, great welcome to the room with a bottle of wine, all in all I would totally recommend
