Too many irritations to make a point of booking this Hotel again if I had to stay in the area.
Pros:

Room was a good size and generally well equipped, although the lounge area really needs a USB charging port.
Plenty of towels in the bathroom, which had good water pressure for the showers.

Cons:

Room wasn't serviced on one day.
Continual problems with the TV's, which weren't even addressed until I reported it for a 3rd time.
Restaurant made a food substitution without asking if it was O.K. first.
Room service attracts a $3 delivery charge and 22% service charge - making it obscenely expensive.

Good stay. Will recommend to any one who travels there.
Pros:

Good kitchen. Responsive staff.

Cons:

In the evening we asked for few fruits from the Bar kitchen. The bar associate gave cut apple. Took a while to get it. Should have been welcoming and better customer focussed.

My stay was weird. There were some friendly staff members and some weird ones but I doubt if I come back
Pros:

The amenities such as the indoor pool, exercise facilities and happy hour.

Cons:

I didn't like an incident with one of the female staff members who shoved towels in my hand and was very rude

Good value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent! Enjoyed that I could have eggs cooked to order, even an omelette. Distance to Katy Mills Mall was great!

Cons:

The options for happy hour on Thursday and Friday were not as good as the options on Sunday - Wednesday.
