Breakfast was excellent! Enjoyed that I could have eggs cooked to order, even an omelette. Distance to Katy Mills Mall was great!
The options for happy hour on Thursday and Friday were not as good as the options on Sunday - Wednesday.
I love the atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel including the rooms. I’m glad that I came back to this location for this stay.

went to the wrong Hotel but Van at the front desk was very helpful. She directed to the correct Embassy Suites and gave me a courtesy bag of snacks and water for my troubles

I’ve always loved the embassy suites, though this hotel in particular is my favourite hotel in North America hands down
Special thanks to the staff- Van, Raj, and Courtney… in fact the whole crew… every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and accommodating to our needs and desires.
I had a business trip with multiple reservations, and logistics, and on top was flying my lady down for the 9 day work week in town who had never been to Texas
(she absolutely loved the Texas hospitality)
Upon arrival, they handled all of my concerns with room accommodations, dates, and logistics for rental cars on top…
Their service was superb.
But that is not all
The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the lobby, and then the rooms etc…
Their bartenders were amazing as well
The food for breakfast was above and beyond, the happy hour free socials were fun,
And the lunch buffet was outstanding!
I’ve never had such a valuable lunch for under $12
