Van at the check-in desk was welcoming and friendly!
Van was the perfect person to welcome us in for our stay! She was so kind, and accommodating. Our room was so nice. Very clean, and it was restocked daily. It was in a convenient location. Just a quick 30 minute drive to NRG stadium. The lobby was very inviting & the noise level was minimal. We did not use the pool, but the gym was nice.

Will usually try to stay at this hotel when I travel for business but this last visit really stood out for multiple reasons. You can tell there was a lot of effort put into preparing for the World Cup and they handled all the additional traffic well. On top of that, the front desk host Van was the most hospitable person I’ve ever come across and during my 3 night stay, I felt at home every day that she was there. I will absolutely be back and will look forward to the cleanliness, hospitality, and the breakfast smoothies.

One of the easiest Embassy Suites to get in and out of, it’s also one of the most modern embassy suites hotels. It has all the amenities you would expect from a top notch hotel. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable especially Van she was delightful. Being an Hhonors lifetime diamond it’s always a pleasure to see welcoming faces.

We needed a hotel to stay after our reservations at another hotel was not upheld due to being overbooked. I met Keion at the front desk and she welcomed me with a smile, confirmed availability, advised me of breakfast being served and said, anything we can do to accommodate you and your family. For what would have been an otherwise stressful morning, Keion made it pleasant and memorable! Thank you Keion for the excellent service!
Very friendly staff, value for money.
Overpowering aromatic scent in the communal/lobby areas which is completely unnecessary. Of the 5-day stay only once did housekeeping attend which is a big no no.
Great atmosphere and amenities. We loved the shuttle for dinner around town and happy hour that evening.
