First time guest, but would stay again if the opportunity arises.
Pros:

I interacted with the afternoon desk staff and the early morning desk staff. All were very pleasant and helpful. The lobby was bright and clean. Our accessible king room was quiet, clean, and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The workout room was clean and had decent equipment for a light AM workout. I got some free coffee in the AM, but we had other breakfast plans so did not eat there.

Cons:

For the price, a complimentary breakfast would add value to the stay. However, as we had other plans, I did not pay the $10 per person for buffet, or the $14(?) for table service with menu. I cannot compare the food offerings, but I paid about twice that per person at an offsite breakfast restaurant a few miles away, so the in-house cost would be economical.

I think the place seems nice because it is fairly new. But Staff needs some more attn to details.
Pros:

Breakfast was good once it arrived on the table however the the waiter said the chef only saw one of the two orders and the first got cold while waiting on the other to be made.
Servers were friendly

Cons:

Our Room had not been cleaned properly. The cleaning staff had left debris on the floor and had not picked up the last tenant's dirty undergarments which they had left behind. Gross! The last thing you want to see when you arrive at an otherwise nice hotel.

Always happy with our stay
Pros:

Very nice place , should offer free breakfast for the money it cost to stay there . We stay there twice a year . Come to visit family

Breakfast was fine. Ran and managed in a very stringent manner.

Cons:

We were in town for a wedding came back to the hotel lobby where there is a really nice big beautiful bar, and the bartender was extremely rude and closed up the bar at 10 o’clock with little care or concessions for us to sit in that area and have a drink and watch sports. She really missed out on an opportunity to not only make extra money in tips, but to allow us to continue to enjoy our family that was in town that we don’t get to see you very often.
