Pros & Cons - Probably won’t return.
Pros:

Our hotel booked our airport transfer shuttle. The driver was supposed to be waiting for our family. We called our hotel contact, who called the taxi service. The driver scandalously kept saying he was there waiting for us with our sign the whole time. After re-reading all the poster signs dozens of times—and scouring the area for nearly 30 minutes in the stifling 100+ degree humidity—with our family of 6 (including a baby), we finally find the driver at the desk stand 50 feet away, beginning to print our sign.

After arriving at the hotel, our contact Nancy was very gracious and hospitable. Her customer service was very prompt, professional, and responsive on WhatsApp. She was able to get our botched shuttle service comped for us.

However, after unpacking, showering & turning in for the night, Nancy text us that we needed to switch rooms due to a police investigation occurring on our floor and the apt owner wanted us to avoid the corrupt law enforcement?? The offer seemed optional so we declined since we had already unpacked for our 6 day stay. She insisted—for our benefit—emphasizing that the new room was superior. We switched, but the new room was just inferior with fewer amenities. There was a major ant problem in the kitchen. And the maid—with advertised minimal service—never came once. We ran out of toilet paper for our large family, expecting them to be filled daily. Overall, we suspect the apartment owner kicked us out for a more favorable booking for herself.

Spacious, safe and clean but uncomfortable.
Pros:

We stayed in a three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms which offered plenty of space four our group of 7. The roof top pool was a nice getaway and place to cool off. We were highly disappointed in the comfort of the beds and furniture. The beds were beyond firm and the living room furniture was uncomfortable, dirty and falling apart. There is always a cab outside and a security guard at the door. There was a coffee shop nearby but not much else. District 1, the city center is across the river a 15 minute walk.

Pros:

Great modern apartment. We were on the 25th floor just below roof pool. Views magnificent. The apt was big and clean and had everything you needed to last you a few days like lots of water, coffee etc... All standard kitchen facilities a d good air con. Pool is small but nice. Get up early to grab a deck chair otherwise it's lieing on the ground. Dieu, the property manager was amazing. She went out of her way so many times to ensure we were having a good time. Highly recommend!

Pros:

good location close from every thing, bathroom sink is small hard to wash your face, and bed also not comfortable other than that every thing good, we enjoy stay good for 6 people.
