LaRio Hotel Krabi

This was the worst hotel my husband and I have stayed in. First of all, we arrived in our room and had an ant infestation. The hotel would not let us change rooms and all other hotels in Krabi were booked, so we were left with no choice but to stay. The staff came and sprayed some repellent in the room but the ants were everywhere. Secondly the bathroom is dirty and had mould and I felt uncomfortable every time I used it. Thirdly the hotel is extremely noisy, you can hear the hotel staff setting up breakfast and hear the clattering of equipment. Additionally the walls are very thin so you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. Lastly, the WiFi was awful and didn’t work a lot of the time, they staff had to constantly reset the router and asked us to wait for a technician to repair the WiFi which was very inconvenient. Overall I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Do not stay here!

Ett litet hotell där skicket va sådär, och rummen okej. Liten pool som vi ej utnyttjade, och frukosten va även den sådär med litet utbud. Hotellet skulle behöva en uppfräschning och bilderna känns lite missvisande! Är man inte ute efter mer än ett övernattningsrum så är hotellet okej för det!

Πολύ καλό, 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία Κραμπι. Καθαρό και πολύ ήσυχο!!! Το προτείνω!!!

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed this clean comfortable hotel. Pool is on the smaller side but clean and a good place to cool off.

I have stayed here many nights already. The second time I stayed in this hotel. I have a room in 3 styles of this hotel. But my favorite is probably the Duplex Studio Room. This room has good privacy. I like the tranquility that makes me relax and work conveniently. Although many times there will be some noise from customers who have just arrived. But it is not an obstacle For my work Thank you for the excellent service.

Compliment all the room's interior design. The bed is so soft that I don't want to get up. Pillow that supports the head When waking up Makes me feel very relaxed And thank the friendly staff That made me feel like staying again.

P.S. Each time I stay at each hotel My husband and I will dress up to look ordinary, shabby, and like the poor, but this is to measure the level of the hotel in the service process, divided by social class, in the form of lifestyle. In this part, the staff are very good.

I love the hot jacuzzi pool for all hotel guests. It closes at 10pm which is great since most Krabi tours end late at 6-8pm. Single-use amenities are given (could be improved), with a beach bag and bath robe too. The beach bag is a thoughtful gesture :) Nice hot shower too. They provide 3 shuttle buses to the beach since it’s about 15-20mins walk away.
The staff is friendly and reception is 24/7, so you never have to worry!
All in all, a great hotel at such a price range.

Our LaRio stay was incredible good. The Hotel is very confortable and have an external pool with hot water so you can relax in the end of the day. The staff is very nice and are ready to help you with your needs. In Ao Nang is an excelent place to stay!

New hotel in a small alley. Modern and a little luxury style. The price is more than exceptable. Clean and green hotel. They provide you most of the things you need from your trip; car park with light all night, place for sitting and reading, breakfast area and green senery around hotel. In room facility is wonderful for me; shower clothes, umbrellas, beach towel with bag, slipper, toothbrush kit, cotton buds, small wifi router and of cause free drinking water plus tea & coffee. The room is natural decoration with wooden tone. All area is clean and neat. The reception is very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in Lario. Very accommodating staffs. They helped as book our trip to phi phi islands and they also provide other trips. They are all so friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and quiet. Peaceful area. Restaurants are everywhere. And near to ao nang beach. It is some kind of hotel you can recommend to your friends when going to Krabi. We are satisfied with our 4 days stay in LaRio. Thank you LaRio for awesome experience.

What an amazing experience. We had a last minute booking and the staff at LaRio were so accommodating, kind and friendly. The room was beautiful, clean and had everything we could possibly need. Booking tours or day activities was also made easier by the two ladies at the front desk. You can even book a scooter! We were blown away with their hospitality! Thank you LaRio

This is a fairly new hotel, therefore the facilities are very new and clean. The staffs treated us well, was very helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant. The rooms were very neat and beautiful and we loved the connecting rooms since we went there as a family. However during our visit the water that was coming out the toilet was not filtered. It was brown and quite uncomfortable, but otherwise everything else was perfectly fine. The breakfast was limited but it was good, especially one of their rice dishes. If there was any pick-up from the hotel, most drivers find it difficult to find the hotel since it's inside an alley. Overall it was a very good stay.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Good location surrounded with bars and restaurants but still very quiet because it is not directly on the main street. Free shuttle bus transfer to the Ao Nang beach. Very friendly and helpful staff who can assist you in booking one-day trips and transfers to other parts of Thailand. Breakfast ok, cosy swimming pool.

20 mins walk to Ao Nang beach . Very beautiful rooms! Comfortable. Staff is very nice and honest . I highly recommend it

This hotel is a hidden gem with a wonderful view of the mountains. Halal food was within reach as it’s located near the mosque.

Staff was cheerful, helpful and friendly. Love the scenery. Pool was cosy and breakfast was simple.

If you are looking for a quiet place this is it!

Affordable prices with great service. Well situated hotel at the heart of Ao Nang district. It’s at a 15 minutes walking distance to the sea front where you would be able to rent long tail boats for island hopping. Additionally the staff is very helpful in providing information for various attractions in the region. I must say that it is a big bonus that the hotel is in a 2 minute walking distance to a family run Thai restaurant ‘D&E Jungle Kitchen’ where you will be delighted to take an adventurous journey of the Thai cuisine.

This is a beautiful little hotel, conveniently located relatively close to Ao Nang Beach (15 mins walking or 2 min by tuk-tuk). The rooms are beautifully decorated spacious, new and clean.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The staff can help you book any tour/excursion from the hotel reception. We booked two tours that were both wonderful (4 island private tour and day trip to tigercave, emerald pool and hotsprings - totally worth it if you can make it up 1267 steps).

Overall wonderful stay. Highly recommended. Would definetly stay here again!!

Très bon hotel au calme à proximité du centre et des commerces, parfait pour un séjour familial (3 chambres communiquantes), personnel accueillant et serviable, navette gratuite pour la plage très pratique, petit déjeuner bon et copieux

Loved the hotel's clean and aesthetic interior with the staffs' kind greetings and service. My family was able to enjoy a great BBQ night by the pool with all BBQ materials provided by the hotel. Breakfast served was neat and enjoyable.

Good to stay and affordable. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly, my room is comfortable. My kids loved the bunk bed and pool even it small. Easy to find halal food nearby along the main road. Will stay here again soon.
