Pros:

You can't find accommodation over there unless you are an Indian citizen

Cons:

There is no such hotel in the nature at all. Its Google maps location is fictitious. There is another hotel on different location named Kolam, but they don't accept foreigners (they doesn't have C Form). So, this hotel under another name and on different location is suitably for Indian citizens only
