Staff was friendly as usual and the room was good for a budget hotel. Overall a comfortable stay for the price paid.

The first time I stayed here, I was quite impressed as it was clean, fully equipped and quite comfortable for the price I paid (budget hotel). However, this time around was quite disappointing. I'm quite alright with the brokendown lift (a little exercise walking up the stairs never hurts) but sadly the stairs was dimly lit with leaking ceilings everywhere.

Since the stairs were quite narrow, the water would always drip onto my head and the stairs' carpets were soaked wet. The room itself was fine as usual if it wasn't for the fact that this time around the duvets were completely covered in stains and there was even a blood stain. It didn't even look like the kind of blood stain that remained after washing (smudged and faded) but it was a clearly defined blood drop kind of nicely round stain. Which now makes me question if the sheets were ever washed. =(

My 1st stay was quite pleasant but sadly this round was quite disappointing. I'll probably just give this place another try but the bloodstains were definitely very off putting. Hopefully the staff could improve on this cleanliness part.

Room was clean and so was the bathroom. Although the overall room is a bit small, it has everything I needed. Staff were also very friendly and parking at night is easy to find. It's super close to Borneo Medical Centre and you can just walk there if you have an appointment. In the mornings, there are several kopitiams downstairs and there's also a 7-11 and burger stall at night so food is not a concern. The only downside was that the toilet windows had a small gap in their tinting so you can sort of peek outside(and vice versa) while bathing. =D

I don't like anything. The room is too small. The bathroom door should be replaced as it got fungus already, nil amenities, mattress is too hard (u can feel the spring), towel is yellowish, blanket got red stain all over.

Ok just they should change the towel n bedsheet bcos there was stain when i came in

they did not provide for toothbrush and shampoo. quite dirty the bedsheet

The receptionist was super friendly. The room was worth the price. 11/10 would recommend it for everyone!

The room saiz is exactly the bed size. Should have a little bit space between the bed and wall so that it will be easier for tall people

The room was spacious even though I booked the super single room. 7 Eleven just downstairs and also have a burger stall. Chinese cafe opens early for breakfast. Shopping mall is 10@15minutes walk. Overall, it was great!
