Pros:

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily. It includes a small, well-organized kitchenette that made my stay very comfortable. The view over the bay is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sunsets every evening. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and always eager to help with any request. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return.

Cons:

The only small challenge was the number of stairs going down to the apartment — but the incredible view and beautiful balcony made every step completely worth it.

Ein Wohlfühlort, an den wir ganz sicher wieder zurückkehren werden!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einem weitläufigen Garten mit fantastischem Ausblick. Das ganze Haus und unser Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Bad ist wunderschön! Die Betten bequem! Wir haben die Heizung am Abend genossen. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich vielfältig und sehr lecker gewesen. Die Gastgeber waren über die Maßen hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Sehr einfacher Zugang zu Parkplatz und Haus.

Cons:

Das Frühstückszimmer fanden wir etwas kühl ( wir waren im Januar dort ), da hätten wir uns eine kleine Heizung gewünscht. Ein Fenster im Schlafzimmer und eines im Bad mit einem Mückengitter wäre wirklich toll!

Don't look for anything instead!
Pros:

Two couples (my husband, the old friend of mine and her husband) stayed in Quinta Paços do Lago for about a week. After we had left and came back to Israel, I wanted to summarize the impressions obtained - and thus asked myself: what does it mean "full relax" for me as well as for the members of my family and for my friends when we have our vacations?
Yes, you're absolutely right( it's not something special and/or original) - comfort and pleasure combined!
And you'll really get them both when you stay as guests in Quinta Paços do Lago
First, you'll enjoy the tremendous view - hills of Madeira covered with evergreen trees around you and Atlantic ocean behind you will calm you and refresh your body and soul; eventual silence makes pleasure really complete.
Secondly (but not less important!)- you'll be really charmed by the benevolent service of the stuff led by Аnnabel...They really want you to have a lot of pleasure and comfort during your rest.
So, after the unforgettable vacations we had, I definitely advise to everybody: if you want to have a wonderful rest in Madeira - don't hesitate: stay in Quinta Paços do Lago

Da kommen wir gerne wieder !
Pros:

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich. Von der Terrasse sieht man weit übers Meer und in die Landschaft / Berge. Obwohl man ca. 400 Höhenmeter über dem Meer ist, ist man doch in wenigen Minuten auf der Autobahn und dadurch schnell überall, da das Haus quasi in der Mitte der Insel im Süden liegt.
Die Familie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gab gute Tips für Restaurants und Ausflüge.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend, frische Croissants bzw. Gebäck wäre wünschenswert.

Cons:

Bei den Fotos im Internet könnte man meinen, dass ein gemütlicher Raum mit einem Klavier benutzbar wäre. Der ist aber nur für die Familie und wir akzeptieren das gerne, jedoch sollten die Fotos herausgenommen werde,
