コスパが良いため泊まるだけならかなり快適です！！
Pros:

チェックインやチェックアウトがとてもスムーズだった。従業員さんがとてもご丁寧。
泊まるだけならかなりコスパが良い。

Cons:

元々はビルだったのか、ホテル自体が古いのかなという感じ。ドアだったり水道も古めでスリッパも使い捨てのものではないタイプだったので清潔感にかけてたかなという印象。水回りもとても綺麗に掃除されてはいるがそもそもトイレや水道等が古めな作りだからそこが気になった。

また利用したいです。
Pros:

スタッフの方々が皆さん感じ良かった。
フロントの男性は、駅への行き方をわざわざ外に出て案内をして下さいました。
行き先の電車も教えていただき、本当に助かりました。

可もなく不可もなく。ただ泊まるという目的のみを達成する所である。

比較的安く、また駅からの距離も近いという点です。

Cons:

全体的に古く、アメニティが充実していないように感じた。また、シャワーの温度調整に時間を要したことが気になった。

割に合う宿泊
Pros:

三連休の最初の日の値段で1番安かった。
モノレールの駅が1番近いが、京成の千葉中央までは全然歩ける距離にあり利便性は良い。

Cons:

浴室のシャワーが湯と水を両方調節しないといけないタイプ。廊下や施設全体の雰囲気に若干の古さを感じる。
