We stayed in the older original part of their property. It was just fine. Clean. But dated. But served us well. They do have a newer section that was full. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They do have an airport shuttle service. Rooms were clean and showers good. A great value for the traveler
Clean, comfortable hotel with many amenities on the premises. Breakfast was included at restaurant on site. Convenient location for us, but not walkable, which was ok for our visit since we were traveling every day.
The GM Sara was excellent and thoughtful in her service.
Everything that was right there, concert, moviie theater , shopping, food etc.
Breakfast was excellent.
There was no safe place to smoke. As for my wife it is important to feel comfortable with her surroundings. After hours was not comfortable for her.

The staff were all very accommodating and they allow cat's and that was a huge factor. It was very quiet which was nice.
The breakfast selections aren't very good and it wasn't very tasty at all. The price for our room was a little spendy especially when we are here because of a flood in our apartment..

This is a unique place, you'll never find another truck stop / museum / full service mall with a hotel.

Couldn't open the window at all for fresh air (4th floor).
You'll be eating your breakfast in a honkey tonk bar! It was a little unusual, I would think families with kids might not like that. I didn't mind too much.

部屋のコーヒーメーカーが清掃されていませんでした。
