Pros:

Service from staff was excellent and very welcoming. Would especially like to single out Ishtar and Fayaz who assisted in the restaurant, Muzzafar, the Maître de and Gulzar, the chef. The food was consistently good and we made it a point to try out the local Kashmiri cuisine.

Cons:

The view from the property was okay, given its location near the cantonment. We however felt very secure during our stay.

Exceptional Hospitality!!!
Pros:

Our first trip to Kashmir was truly unforgettable, largely thanks to this wonderful hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, with a friendly staff always on hand to assist us. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals, and the transportation they arranged to Sonmarg and Gulmarg made our travel seamless and comfortable. We will certainly be returning to this property for our summer visit.

Stay was good except poor internet to manage office work.
Pros:

Good room size and clean.

Cons:

No internet. Struggle and fight to get a special direct wi-fi equipment. All guests were upset due to lack of wi-fi connections. Lowest speed wi-fi in modern world.

Pros:

Nice Hotel with all the world class facility including play zone and mini theater. Food was nice and house keeping staff is also very friendly, Guy called Naseer assisted us twice in the middle of night and provided all the services.

Very Comfortable stay in Srinagar.
Pros:

I booked this property for my Parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary. They stayed here for 5 nights and were very happy with the experience. The hotel location is beautiful and rooms are beautifully appoi ted. The staff is attentive and service is top notch. Special mention of Tahir from housekeeping and restaurant associate Farooq from the for taking special care of them.

We had a wonderful and safe stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Srinagar, during what turned out to be a very tense time in the region due to the unfortunate terrorist attack on tourists in Pahalgam.

Despite the alarming news, the hotel ensured absolute safety and comfort for all guests. The staff was calm, professional, and extremely reassuring, which helped us stay composed and secure throughout our visit.

What truly touched our hearts was the warmth and compassion shown by the hotel team. Understanding my mother's medical condition (she is diabetic), they graciously allowed us to cook a specialized Bengali meal in their counter kitchen — something you rarely find in most hotels. It wasn’t just hospitality; it was humanity.

As an added gesture of kindness, we were upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable room, which made our stay even more memorable.

In a time of distress, Four Points Sheraton didn't just provide accommodation — they gave us peace of mind, emotional comfort, and a feeling of home. We are deeply grateful to the entire team and will cherish this experience forever.
