Pros:

Service from staff was excellent and very welcoming. Would especially like to single out Ishtar and Fayaz who assisted in the restaurant, Muzzafar, the Maître de and Gulzar, the chef. The food was consistently good and we made it a point to try out the local Kashmiri cuisine.

Cons:

The view from the property was okay, given its location near the cantonment. We however felt very secure during our stay.

Exceptional Hospitality!!!
Pros:

Our first trip to Kashmir was truly unforgettable, largely thanks to this wonderful hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, with a friendly staff always on hand to assist us. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals, and the transportation they arranged to Sonmarg and Gulmarg made our travel seamless and comfortable. We will certainly be returning to this property for our summer visit.

Stay was good except poor internet to manage office work.
Pros:

Good room size and clean.

Cons:

No internet. Struggle and fight to get a special direct wi-fi equipment. All guests were upset due to lack of wi-fi connections. Lowest speed wi-fi in modern world.
