Es überrascht mich, dass das Hotel diese schmutzigen, stinkenden Moosflächen auf den Dächern des Hotels einfach liegen l

Das Personal, ist sehr freundlich !

Cons:

Der intensive Geruch des feuchten Mooses, das auf den Dächern hinter dem Hotel liegt, ist im gesamten Gebāude zu riechen. Besonders wenn man draußen auf dem Balkon steht bei feuchtem Wetter, kann man ihn ūberall gut riechen. Außerdem fand ich, dass der Teppich in den Zimmern unangenehm riecht, zudem ist ein Teppich in einem Hotelzimmer nicht mehr zeitgemäß.. Die Aussicht auf der Rückseite des Hotels ist sehr unattraktiv, ūberall dreckige nach feucht stinkendes Moos.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Man merkt, dass die Gastgeber alles zu tun, dass man sich hier äußerst wohl fühlt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt hier und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was uns negativ aufgefallen wäre.

Prima hotel op korte (auto) afstand van grotere plaatsen als Cochem en attracties als Burg Eltz
Pros:

Ontbijt was uitstekend. Nette kamer met prima voorzieningen op een rustige en makkelijk bereikbare locatie, met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Beperkte mogelijkheden voor het nuttigen van een diner in de plaats zelf. Echter, dit is het hotel niet aan te rekenen aangezien daar ook niet mee was geadverteerd.

Pros:

Idyllisk lite hotell bed bredden av Mosel. Store rom, bra frokost (tillegg), og svært hyggelig betjening som enkelt kunne kommunisere også på engelsk. Kan anbefales!

Pros:

As always, super helpful staff. Our AC was acting up a little on the first night, but the staff fixed everything while we were out on our day excursion, even though they hadn't been able to find a technician on the weekend. Luckily they went above and beyond to fix the problem themselves and the AC was working like a charm on the second night.
They also accommodated our question to get a room with a bath, so two thumbs up for that as well.

Cons:

Hotels seem to have a lot of trouble providing good pillows. I don't know what it is, I assume finding a good quality product at a decent price is hard for something that has to be probably replaced on the regular. I find it a recurring issue that the pillows in hotels are just flimsy and thin and offer no real support for your head. Unfortunately this occasion was no exception. I'll probably be bringing my own pillow on travels in the near future.
