Beau boutique hôtel qui doit être amélioré.
Pros:

Très bel boutique hôtel. Bien situé. Chambres grandes salles de bain moderne mais une odeur d’humidité partout. Peu de luminosité. Dommage. Bonne literie.

Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Personnel extrêmement lent et peu sympathique.

Overall, an outstading Boutique option to stay in Merida Centro :)
Pros:

We had an excellent stay and a memorable experience at YA AX. The hotel is beautiful and cozy. The location is perfect, close to everything in Merida Centro but also on a quiet street. The service was amazing!

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is the bedding. The mattress itself is fine but the spread and pillows could have been more comfortable.

Oasis of calm in Merida
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel (there seem to be many similar ones in Merida) and a tranquil oasis in this lovely town. Large room, good breakfast and pool is more decorative than practical but very decorative it is too.

Recomendable. Poca privacidad en el baño
Pros:

Está bien ubicado y es bien bonito.

Cons:

El baño está prácticamente adentro de la habitación. Es imposible tener algo de privacidad. No entiendo porque no lo cierran bien en vez de poner puertas de vidrio. Además, andábamos con un niño y cada vez que se tiraba la cadena del WC se despertaba de inmediato.

Hotelito bonito, con muchos detalles de muy buen gusto, el cuarto que nos toco muy bonito y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Definitivamente el desayuno podría mejorar en la calidad de sus productos. El jugo de naranja super quimico, pan/chocolatina viejo, no fresco, cafe bastante malo, hevo revuelto de bote o de polvo pero no era fresco.
Se esmera mucho, demasiado.. en adornar los platillos pero no en la calidad, el huevo frito llega todo frio despues de tanto adorno que le ponen al plato.

Fake five stars
Pros:

David, the receptionist, was very kind

Cons:

Despite I reserved a room with a not refundable rate, I chose not to slip there after I saw the room.
The room was dark and claustrophobic, without a window (just a non-opening skylight on some plants). The furniture smelled old.
The bathroom was small and poorly maintained, the sink was so small that when you turned on the faucet the water would pour out of the sink.
The air conditioning could not be set to warm, and since I had the flu, I couldn't stay in a cold room.
Poor management of the situation by the manager, who offered me a replacement twin room, with all the defects of the previous one.
The hotel is very far from being considered a five star hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean, comfortable bed with great quality sheets. Shower was amazing. Very new and impeccable decoration. Staff was super nice and helpful. I definitely recommend it!

Cons:

Garage is in a separate location.

Camera pulita con tutto l'occorrente. Struttura esteticamente bella.

La camera non aveva finestre utilizzabili ed era buia e angusta. Molto umida. Colazione rivedibile.
