Kasa Downtown Austin

Overall decent stay but rooms too bright in the morning, poor noise insulation and uncomfortable sofabed made for less than restful sleep.

Easy to access, clean, good amenities, comfortable, spacious, and super central location. Great stay!

Room was spacious with a minimalist look. Essentials were provided. I did not use any of the amenities so I can not comment on those. Only real issue I had was the dryer not working, I discovered that after washing clothes. I simply hung them up in the bathroom. Kitchen lights and living room ceiling fan didn't work, not big issue. A coffee machine is provided but doesn't brew pods, so heads up on that. On the plus restaurant, bar, and coffee shops a few feet away.

Lovely facilities. All clean and easily accessible.

I’ve stayed at other Kasa properties before so I was expecting the feeling of isolation that comes with having no human interaction, but this property felt very large with a lot of rooms that weren’t Kasa room sprinkled about. The building is modern and yet needs some TLC. The room was very barebones and could use some love as well, but it was very large and the full kitchen was nice. The towels were scratchy, the toiletries were not all full (and we didn’t have body wash/soap). But, the Kasa team was quick to respond to requests. I came for a conference and Kasa’s price could not be beat - definitely worth it if you don’t mind not having housekeeping!

I had very bad experience we paid for a late check out and as we were out for breakfast came back to find that house keeping came in room and removed some of our belongings connected the property and have not heard anything from them.

The apartment we stayed in was great! It was a large 1-bedroom apartment with a very comfy bed. It was also extremely quiet, which was a bit surprising considering it is located right downtown. The location is excellent since the building is right in the middle of the 2nd Street Market District and is surrounded by so many restaurants.

The kiosk never worked and after an hour at the property talking with support and not being able to get in, I had to cancel and book another hotel. Would not recommend this place

We loved the location right above Jo’s on 2nd St.! The apartment was very spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The property is right in the mix for downtown Austin, within easy walking distance for just about any activity. We had one problem, which is the TV in the living area wouldn’t connect to wifi, which meant you couldn’t watch anything. The bedroom TV worked great, and we weren’t there to watch tv anyway. Each step for checking in, moving around on and off the property, and checking out had clear written instructions and labels. The concierge via texting was very helpful in trying to fix the tv connectivity issue. If you really want to deal with humans in-person, this may not be a good fit. It was perfect for us! The area isn’t too noisy with traffic or people, although we visited midweek. We felt the pricing was very reasonable!

Great location, clean apartment, and very well-stocked with supplies. Overall, very comfortable. I’ll definitely be booking again for my next visit to Austin.

The whole access to the building is very confusing, you don’t know where are you supposed to put what number into what electronic device, of course you can’t get upstairs from the parking garage to see how that works and I’m not the only one who has the same problem. The access issues were such a turn off that it would make me not recommend.

The condo was perfect for what we needed. The location was great, walking distance to ACL, bars, restaurants, perfect little grocery/convience store downstairs.
Parking was great! Felt safe.
Wish they condo had more amedities in the kichen. We had to purchase anything we needed for storage (like baggies, aluminum foil, kleenex etc.). They did have a few pots and pans so that was nice. Overall it was a good place to stay and we will return.

I loved how everything was within walking distance. Our concert was right across the street. The views from our balcony was stunning as well. Parking was great and so so much cheaper than anywhere else. I just parked my car in the parking garage and left it until we checked out. The apartment was so big and everything was just beautiful. We will be staying here every single time we go to Austin. Thank you Kasa Downtown.

Big place and great location. Noise sensors in the room were a surprise. We weren't that loud, but we got a text saying to keep it down.
