Super!
Pros:

Super leuk hotel! Erg vriendelijk personeel, en de kamers waren mooi en netjes/schoon. 3 zwembaden erbij die goed zijn onderhouden en waar je lekker in kunt afkoelen. Locatie was super, met een betrouwbare scooterverhuur er pal naast, wat ideaal is voor in Tulum. Hele fijne sfeer in het hotel!

Cons:

De bedden waren wat aan de harde kant, maar wel met lekkere kussens. Ook was het ontbijt heel erg karig, dus dat zou ik lekker buiten de deur doen.

O prédio é bonito, mas tive cobrança antecipada no cartão de crédito cadastrado na Booking, o que desorganizou totalmente minha viagem. Recebi reembolsou apenas uma semana depois e tive que pagar novamente no checkout. Equipe só está presente até as 15 horas, café da manhã fraquíssimo sem nenhuma proteína, apenas pão e frutas. Barulho de música alta de manhã. Infraestrutura urbana sofrível.

Pros:

3 piscine, ti senti a casa. Vicino a tanti ristorantini (zona un pò più turistica di Tulum). Acqua potabile sempre a disposizione.

Cons:

Avrei preferito alcune accortezze per la colazione (per esempio le marmellate o yogurt monoporzione piuttosto che i barattoli grandi da cui vanno a rifornirsi tutti).

Pros:

Hotel très bien placé avec de nombreux restaurants mais loin de la foule, nous avons fait beaucoup à vélo.
La déco de l’hôtel est super avec 3 belles piscines, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Cons:

Dans la chambre n°6 il manque un rideau sur la fenêtre pour les gens qui aiment dormir dans l'obscurité totale.

Magnifique séjour au Turquoise Hotel
Pros:

L'hôtel Turquoise était au-delà de nos attentes. Les espaces extérieurs, les piscines, les coins détente, le petit déjeuner, les conseils du personnel nous ont totalement satisfaits.

De ligging is goed, dichtbij restaurantjes en barretjes. Hotel is leuk ingericht.

Cons:

Ontbijt is minimaal, wat fruit, yoghurt en toast. Ook was de kamer niet heel erg schoon, er hingen haren aan de douchekop. Water van de douche was koud en er zat een kuil in het matras.

Персонал старался всегда помочь.
Местоположение хорошее, на этой улице можно прогуляться и находится много отличных баров и ресторанов.
Интересный интерьер со вкусом.
Кошка во дворе.

Cons:

Жили на третьем этаже, практически никогда не было напора и горячей воды, мылись всегда под холодной водой в душе. А если появлялась вода, то на одну минуту.
По соседству находится заведение через дорогу, где постоянно играет громко музыка до 2 часов ночи, спать невозможно.
