Jeune homme sympathique a l accueil.
Établissement surprenant, derrière une façade austère se trouvent un complexe avec 3 piscines et des chambres modernes et confortables

Would love to come back! Very convenient and relaxing.

The location was great! Nice and quiet boutique hotel in a lovely neighbourhood. Very comfy beds and great value for money.

Magnifique séjour au Turquoise Hotel
Pros:

L'hôtel Turquoise était au-delà de nos attentes. Les espaces extérieurs, les piscines, les coins détente, le petit déjeuner, les conseils du personnel nous ont totalement satisfaits.
Décoration de très bon goût.
Chambre très agréable.

Pros:

De ligging is goed, dichtbij restaurantjes en barretjes. Hotel is leuk ingericht.

Cons:

Ontbijt is minimaal, wat fruit, yoghurt en toast. Ook was de kamer niet heel erg schoon, er hingen haren aan de douchekop. Water van de douche was koud en er zat een kuil in het matras.

Albergo carino e in una bella posizione, buon rapporto qualità prezzo

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccola ristrutturazione (per esempio il soffione del doccia). La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata e lo staff non è stato molto presente rendendo un po’ complicato il check-in

Super friendly staff, very reactive. Amazing location. Very comfortable beds and calm rooms. The pools are super nice.I would definetely book it again next time in tulum.

Pros:

Персонал старался всегда помочь.
Местоположение хорошее, на этой улице можно прогуляться и находится много отличных баров и ресторанов.
Интересный интерьер со вкусом.
Кошка во дворе.

Cons:

Жили на третьем этаже, практически никогда не было напора и горячей воды, мылись всегда под холодной водой в душе. А если появлялась вода, то на одну минуту.
По соседству находится заведение через дорогу, где постоянно играет громко музыка до 2 часов ночи, спать невозможно.

De los mejores hoteles en La Veleta
Pros:

Este hotel ubicado en La Veleta es de lo mejor en cuanto a caldiad/precio. Tienen 3 albercas muy bonitas, muy aesthetic. Es genial todo el arte que muestran combinando la cultura Pop con la mexica/azteca/maya. El hotel está ubicando en la mejor zona de La Veleta

Good loctation good price perfect for a independent traveller
Pros:

Good location with bars and restaurants, very quiet comfy bed and nice pools along with very good WiFi breakfast was simple but adequate

Cons:

No reception staff, you could WhatsApp them but being our first time in Mexico it would of been able to chat through things with staff an some sort of communal facilities like a bar or something would of been nice so you could sit by the pool with a drink

Hotel położony jest w ładnym otoczeniu tropikalnej roślinności i ma ładne baseny.

Cons:

Mimo, że mieliśmy zarezerwowane 3 noce, zrezygnowaliśmy już po jednej. W pokoju unosił się zapach stęchlizny, materac ogólnie był bardzo twardy, ale w niektórych miejscach posiadał wgniecenia, na których bardzo niewygodnie się spało. Pościel wyglądała na niezbyt czystą, albo była już mocno poszarzała. W recepcji przez cały dzień prawie nikogo nie ma, pojawia się od czasu do czasu jedna osoba z obsługi, która jednak nie porozumiewa się w języku angielskim, największym problemem jednak był brak ciepłej wody pod prysznicem. Na śniadanie serwowane są tylko owoce, jogurt i płatki. Hotel położony jest daleko od plaży i centrum miasta, więc wynajęcie roweru lub skutera jest niezbędne, aby się poruszać.
