Simple but excellent value for single night stays.
Pros:

Good value for money. Well -equipped. Has kettle and cups and you can buy coffee sachets downstairs. Great shower. Let me leave some stuff there to pick up later. Has a lift for luggage. Close to airport (terminal 2 - domestic)- walkable although the pavementsl are in poor condition. Much further from international arrivals - terminal 3.

Cons:

No lift for people - only luggage. Bring earplugs for motorbikes and roosters. The bathroom door opens inwards so it is hard to get in because the toilet is in the way, conversely, must close the door totally to have room to sit on the toilet. A folding concertina door would solve this problem. It's in a local neighbourhood/ village (Barangay) which was unexpected. I was using it as a base as I was flying in and out of Manila to other islands.

Ottimo hotel per chi deve transitare / partire dall aereo porto . Posizione ottima a 3’ di taxi dal terminal 1 . Stanza grande , buona pulizia , buona la colazione che ci hanno portato in camera poiché check out anticipato! Abbiamo usufruito anche del transfer per pochi pesos …Ottimo staff!

Struttura molto basica...se non trovate altro vicino all'aeroporto!

Comodità per vicinanza all'aeroporto.

Staff non ospitale, freddo, quasi infastidito.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and the rate was cheap.

Cons:

The room was a wreck. Water all over the floor, run down looking, which was nothing compared to the online photos. The location has squatters right outside the door. Glad I didn't bring a vehicle.

A fuir, ne pas y aller même gratuitement...
Nous sommes arrivés et repartis aussitôt, il y avait des rats dans l'entrée, le quartier est juste insalubre et ultra bruyant, les 2 appartements aussi et très très vétuste, de l'humidité au plafond, moisissure dans l'évier, les murs et la salle de bain, prise de courant non sécurisé... Une catastrophe, ne devrait même pas être proposé à la location.

La chambre était plutôt grande mais rudimentaire

Cons:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel et dans un quartier un peu mal fréquenté. On voulais aller à l’aéroport à pied mais on a préféré prendre un Grab pour notre sécurité
