Pros:

good location near airport

Cons:

no offering to clean the room. i message the property that i will arrives 2hours before check in and they approved however i should pay the hour rate for arriving advanced.

Justo justo para dormir y salir corriendo.
Pros:

Esta cerca del aeropuerto.

Cons:

Poco esmero en la limpieza. Muy viejo todo. Se clavan los muelles del colchón. No ponen papel en el baño, hay que pedirlo.

Worried about cockroaches in facility and staff service unprofessional
Pros:

Near in the NAIA Terminal 1

Cons:

The staff are not approachable and not even greet the customer who just arrived. Their explanation for using the lift for luggage is not pleasant cause one of the customer try to use it to go in 2nd Floor.
I took picture of cockroaches in the bathroom and I showed it to the staff in front desk. But he just nodded and nothing to said any apology.
