Pros:

Nähe zum Flughafen, transport mit einer kleinen Bezahlung. Frühstück war sehr lecker trotz kleiner Auswahl war ich sehr zufrieden.

Pros:

Super pour une nuit avant de prendre l’avion. La proximité de l’aéroport (15min a pied), il y a des chaises pour se poser, une bouilloire + climatisation !

Cons:

Moyennement bien desservi pour aller au centre ville.

For a night stay can be alright.
Pros:

Staff at the reception were ok.

Cons:

Noisy place, promised breakfast but did not get any. Did not offer airport shuttle (was not even an option)

Останавливаюсь здесь повторно, близко к аэропорту, удобно переночевать
Pros:

Терминал 1 аэропорта рядом, дошли пешком. Утром бесплатно увезли в 3 терминал т.к трансфер в одну сторону у них бесплатный. Утром успели позавтракать, завтраки готовят не в отеле. Завтрак скромный, но нам понравился. Есть лифт для тяжелых вещей.

Pros:

Nichts

Cons:

Zimmer extrem schlecht ausgestattet, keine Möglichkeit, seine Kleider aufzuhängen
Kein Empfang von TV Programmen
Apartment liegt in einem sehr heruntergekommenen Viertel
Internet Empfang immer wieder unterbrochen
Nachts sehr laut, da Terminal 1 nahe der Unterkunft

It's okay.
Pros:

Very close to NAIA terminal 1
Nice staff

Cons:

There was a big cockroach in the comfort room. Bed was not that comfortable.
Noisy neighborhood. Someone singing karaoke. Place seems unsafe. Terrace door hard to open and close.
I was scared with the emergency fire stairs as it is directly in contact with people on the ground and may come up to my terrace and room anytime. The terrace has no lol and safety features.

Beste Lage zum Flughafen
Pros:

Wegen eines frühen Rückflugs hatte ich 1 Nacht im Alicia Apartments gebucht. 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Terminal 1 - besser gehts nicht. Für den Preis eine super Wahl. Sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Das Viertel in den die Apartments liegen ist eher ein Slum. Die Ratten sind größer als die Katzen. Die Bewohner dort sind aber alle sehr nett und ich habe mich sicher gefühlt.
