The price and location is priceless just a short walk to the airport ( Terminal 1 ), and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, they really try hard to make your travel as comfortable, easy and painless. They can even provide you a van transportation to almost any short and reasonable drop off destination(s) with a fairly reasonable fee plus the convenience alone so no need to look for taxi or whatever in the middle of the night etc... stayed multiple times, very trustworthy and reliable 👍 👌 🙏
I highly recomend it if you are trying to make your budget work, the space is better than some i stayed elsewhere, you settle down and get comfy after the first day. Ive seen many patrons and tennants even families like myself during my " STAYS " 😊 😃 😀 😄

Cons:

At first the area but again for the price you cant beat and besides the barrangay sentry is there for safety, they clise the gates at 10pm and limits one entrance at night for noise pollution and safety, that sepends on your room and floors you select and get, so be tactful, respectful and reasonable for the return treatment is more than what you give out 🙏 🙏 🙏

The place was spacious enough. It’s also cheaper than the rest of the hotels near the airport. They also have a kitchen sink and a small dining table.

Cons:

The rooms weren’t sound proof, so we could hear even footsteps of people climbing up and downs the stairs. They didn’t provide any tissue paper, the toilet door lock was broken and the faucet in the kitchenette is too short that the water drips down to the counter and down to the floor.

Ubicación muy cerca del aeropuerto Ninoy Aquino, a unos 800 m.

Cons:

Instalaciones sencillas y baño mejorable, pero suficiente para pasar una noche antes de un vuelo.

Suitable for short stay before a late night flight
Pros:

I stayed for few hours due to a late at night flight from terminal one. The hotel is very basic and one should not have any unrealistic expectations.

Cons:

I booked the hotel in the last minute, instead of spending 7 hours at the airport. I saw that the room price on booking.com was literally changing every few minutes. It felt like the price is dynamically set to take advantage of travelers who are looking for few hours rest before flying.
